DASH Diet Weight Loss Solution
I am on day 6 of phase one(2 weeks of low carb, reminds me of south beach). I have lost about 2 1/2 lbs and feel good. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this. I'm doing it to try to restart weight loss. Been doing ww for several years and floundering around 190 all last year. Wanting to get through the 180s and keep going.
Also, I have been walking/jogging 3 to 4 miles at least 4 days a week(try my best to do it 6 days) consistently for over a year. It suggests limiting exercise to 30 minutes of moderate walking daily, so that's what I've done this week. My knees have started aching. Trying to figure out if the low carb or less exercise has anything to do with it. They have bothered me off and on since high school, but not like this.
