No exercise yesterday as my right hip was bothering me. Taking Aleve last night helped. I have doc appt next Monday to make sure everything is ok.

Maryann...I'm with you regarding end of the week and hoping to end my week at least with my LOW.

Joannew...Great job with your exercise! Yes, our bods do seem to have to rest getting set to our new weight before going lower. You have to be very proud of yourself at your wonderful progress!

Wukong...We all know you'll be down by the end of the week!

My March goal is to get to or below 184. Ultimate goal is 175 to 180!

Weight loss started Jan. 12th at 212lbs. March 1st started at 192.4

Just took a blood test yesterday and got a call this AM that my testosterone was over 1200, above the high side! I wonder how much dropping 27lbs since I was prescribed that makes a difference?

Congratulations to all you guys on your losses or on maintaining your losses, you all are doing so good!!!

Sharon, I am here, or I should say I will be back, on TRACK starting tomorrow morning. I have been out of control with the eating...have not been tracking calories and have not been weighing and it has to stop NOW. No more feeling sorry for myself and no more excuses, I know I am WAY stronger than this and I have to take back control of my body!

I will be seeing you guys in the April thread...DAILY and ACCOUNTABLE!
