Any Somersizers out there?
Hi All, :hiya:
Trying to find out if anyone still does the outdated Somersize plan? Did it years ago and found it pretty easy to follow and since it's the only plan I'm familiar with in the low carb world I thought I would give it another shot. I've done WW several times, had great succes, most of the time, but never kept it off and seemed to be hungry a lot of the time. I did miss me some carbs on Somersize but I was always full :D
There are a couple of questions I have if anyone out there follows this plan?
1. Cottage Cheese, yes or no?
2. Olives? Read something about them not being good...

Hi Debbie - I did Somersize years ago. It was pretty hard to me back then but I did it for about 6 weeks. Lost about 20 pounds but once I stopped of course it all came back.
I am now trying out JUDDD you can do it LC or not. It was hard at first but comes much easier as time goes on.
Hope you find success in Somersize. I just don't feel like it fits in with my life and I can't do it long term and maintain that way.
I think fat free cottage cheese was okay and I believe the olives were a combo of fat/protein so not allowed.

Please tell me about JUDD, never heard anything about that plan. Looks as though you're having great success :clap:
Debbie - I lost about 20 pounds on HCG and now am doing JUDDD. It's a type of fast. You fast every other day. Check out the board on here!
