Paul McKenna's Hypnotic Gastric Band

Has anyone here tried this?

It's Paul McKenna's latest offering (previously hac I Can Make You Thin - and this uses some of the same stuff - but with a different NLP recording).

Anyway, this morning, I 'performed' the procedure (listened to the recording).

So, my plan is to start a journal - but if anyone else is doing this, I would love to hear how it's going for you.

I have discovered that I do need to listen more frequently!! Didn't take it to listen on a Girl's Weekend - and felt like I overate - however, only 2lbs up!

Listening again today.

Stumbled across the concept this weekend and read many, many posts on Mumsnet. They were so convinced that I ordered the book from the UK version of that large online retailer. My DVD player no longer worries about regions, so I know I'll be able to play the DVD.

I'm curious to see how this goes. I'm currently losing about a pound a week doing low carb with Metformin and would be thrilled to even lose 2 lb. a week.
