To me it has not changes from points plus just trying to pull your whole life into this new way of thinking. Hence the 360 I guess. More mindful way of looking at this as a life change not a diet.

Well, I finally went back after 2 1/2 months and got all the new books. All I see different is that they added "Spaces" and "Routines."
Spaces - make sure the places you spend lots of time in or that tend to be a challenge have the right stuff at hand. Routines - cultivate good habits. Nothing really new, just more focus. |

In some areas you can prepay for meetings at a discounted price. Here, it was 10 for $99. It not only saves money, but helps you keep going because you have to use them all by a certain date. So, you're making a "commitment" to doing WW for at least 10 weeks - it can give you a psychological edge, too.
