(having a little problem with sodium) Wednesday 1-9 Thursday 1-10 Friday 1-11 Saturday 1-12 Dasiey, I have wondered about calorie cycling. How do you figure your nunbers that you should eat? I tried to do JUDD once and just couldn't do it because of my blood sugar would get too low on DD and too high on UD. Do you mean you are doing 1000 calories one day and then 2000 the next day. I might be able to do that with more calories. Hope all have a great day, |

I'm still counting calories and doing Jenny Craig still. We were out of town, then became sick so I started JC Friday. Still at 1500 calories per day until I get to 180 pounds and then I will be getting 1200 calories per day. Exercise so far: Day 1: 30 min treadmill walk Day 2: 30 min treadmill walk Day 3: Rest Day! Good morning everyone. Had a good day yesterday and really stayed on plan cutting out the sodium foods, so was down this morning. Hopefully, (with fingers crossed), I will meet my goal this month - 130. An all time first for me if I can do that.
