I was reading in a mag. about calorie cycling 1000/2000 thats what I have been doing

Dasiey,
I have wondered about calorie cycling. How do you figure your nunbers that you should eat? I tried to do JUDD once and just couldn't do it because of my blood sugar would get too low on DD and too high on UD. Do you mean you are doing 1000 calories one day and then 2000 the next day. I might be able to do that with more calories.

Happy New Year!

I'm still counting calories and doing Jenny Craig still. We were out of town, then became sick so I started JC Friday.

Still at 1500 calories per day until I get to 180 pounds and then I will be getting 1200 calories per day.

Exercise so far:

Day 2: 30 min treadmill walk
Day 3: Rest Day! (today)
