The scale said 164.0 today. I did this to myself with low carb sweets. I've been eating regular low carb the last few days but the scale and my junk cravings have reminded my why I started M&Es. May fast today to help get started, I dunno, but I am definitely back with you ladies. A friend is moving near me in a month or two and expects me to swim with her quite a bit. I'm not even ready for shorts yet. I need to shrink fast.

184.5 this morning. Losing muscle too, not good. I am losing really slow, Dr. Doing several test to find out why. Already know I am insulin resistant. Taking a few days from mae and going to have a free day then back to low carbing.

I am very excited that the scale is going in the right direction. Also, I am excited that I have been getting up early every morning for 3 mornings IN A ROW to work out. What a difference it has made!

Menu yesterday:

B: BP coffee w/SF Vanilla, 4 slices bacon
L: Lemon Parmesan Shrimp w/broccolli instead of rice
D: 4 oz pork pot roast
S: heavy whipping cream + 24 oz diet dr pepper
S: 12 oz dt dr pepper
(didn't realize I had this much pop until I was logging my meals/snacks for the day. Ugh! Too much soda!)

water 10 cups

Most days I eat meat and egg. Ocaissionally I just forget that is what I am doing. Yesterday, I forgot and had the broccoli as well as tomatoes and onions that were in the Lemon Parmesan.

I made some Bacon Mayo! It's much prettier than the regular stuff. It made my deviled eggs extra yummy.
I'm at 161.8 today. I've been bouncing around the same few pounds the last few weeks because I've had too many low carb indulgences. Boohoo. lol

I saw your post on another board earlier and wanted to ask you about your ME fasting. You mentioned you still use CO. Do you use HWC at all? Do you use butter with Meat and Eggs? Do you use mayo (make your own?)?

Do you enter/stay in ketosis with all the protein or do you limit protein so that you have higher fat %?

So interested in your success! Thank you for sharing!

B- coffee with tbs hwc,tbs co Steiva
L- 2 eggs cooked in tbs butter I do this around 11 am
1pm I have another coffee
D- around 4-5 I have 6 oz meat sometimes egg with it

This does help - thank you! I can see that the coffee I was making previously had a LOT more HWC than most are using so today I cut WAY back and using less HWC, more CO. I am working on spreading the meals out and breaking up with the HWC/CO/Coffee. I do love it too and think it's just my bad habits that create issues for me, part of it boredom and stress. I'm excited that today has been a success so far and I know that each day I can rack up success will just put me further and further into this lifestyle and that maintaining it won't be so bad when I'm feeling so healthy and fit!

Hi Becky, if it's any consolation I'm back!

Had a few days off but back to M&E for 4 days starting today. BTW, your weight loss is amazing, well done. Have you bounced back any or still at 149??

My plan for today:

B: Coffee with HWC, 3 x scrambled eggs with HWC
L: Ground beef with CO and spices
S: Frozen iced coffee with hwc & stevia
D: Chicken thigh fillets cooked in butter and spices with 1/2 avo on top, and maybe some sour cream

Have a great day

Wow, that's amazing!!!! Great work.

I have made up in my freezer, frozen hwc cubes and this is how I make my iced coffee... in a blender put:

3 x frozen hwc cubes
3 x ice cubes
1 x tbsp of coffee powder (or sometimes I use coffee from my espresso machine that I have put in the fridge earlier)
1 x tsp vanilla essence
Stevia to taste
1/4 cup of either cold water, almond milk or normal milk or a splash of HWC
Blend in blender, enjoy

Hi ladies.

Since I last was on I am had my gallstones playing up and had laryngitis. So I did carb up and the scales shot up twice.

But back on very low carb from yesterday and will work my way down to meat and eggs. Already lost nearly 2lbs on my first day.

Nice to be back
