So Thursday and Friday were rough for me emotionally and I slipped up with chips-I blame pms lol but I work out a lot so in the grand scheme of things <+/-60g of carbs isn't the biggest deal. Super back on track today. I got some kerrygold and had a nice post workout omelet after having chicken early in the day. I'm allowing myself cheese if need be to deal w any Tom related salt cravings. I'm actually not weighing in, just going by how I feel :my clothes feel. Considering I'm getting my period in two days I feel pretty excellent

Up 1.8lbs still. There really is something to not weiging everyday. I am going to try to only weigh once a week. Once I get back down! And no more vodka. Even just a little bit throws me off!

Corvettebuff – I decided this go around I was not going to get frustrated. I can look back at my charts (in my weight tracker) for the last few months and see these rises and falls. I’m happy as long as it is a downward trend. I have also decided to be extra happy on the days I’m up a pound (or two) because that usually means a new low is right around the corner as long as I KNOW I’ve stayed on plan.

Healed – I would say your menu looks great as long as it is working for you. I personally have cut out most all of my cheese because I find I lose better without it.

Terri – Your losses are great!

Krissa – I would throw all of the chips out in the trash. They seem to be your weak spot. When I crave that crunch the pork rinds and dip always make me feel better. I LOVE to mix equal parts salsa and sour cream and dip pork rinds. YUM!

Ienjoy – I always find it so interesting how things can affect one person so much differently than another person. I always find I lose BETTER when I have a drink or two the night before. BUT that is only if I don’t eat. I also realize that when I do have a drink it is inevitable that I will want to eat. I just keep saying no to the food when I have a cocktail.

Tashy – are you doing meat and egg now? I love all your feedback and encouragement.

My plans changed today. We didn’t get to stay in Dayton as long as I wanted, because we had to spend the morning getting an ESTIMATE on my car. Someone backed into it when it was parked in the parking lot last night. SO, we just made a quick trip to Dayton an ate at the food court. Worked out great because all the kids got what they wanted and mom did too!
Was thinking about the treadmill tonight, but I think I will save it for the morning

Well did great yesterday down from 151.8 to 151. I want to see 149 before going to Fl in 11 days..I was so busy yesterday I set up at a school sale and sold 400.00 so all I ate was 5 oz steak and 3 cups coffee with hwc,co and stevia in it.i just was not hungry,but I no I need to eat more today so I think I'll have some fresh eggs from farmer and half avocado .for supper ill have 6 oz of meat and some poppers.i only eat 2 meals a day,I've pretty well done that all my life any way..my coffee is my breakfast then around 11-12 I eat then I try never to eat after 5-6. Hope y'all have a great day,

Ok today so fat 3 pieces of bacon and 2 scrambled eggs.
I got into 9 almond last night and weighed two lbs heavier this am. did I mention they were chocolate covered???? Still...however I have been doing alot of sausage and bacon and do need to take a fluid pill just don't like doing that. Anyway today is going to be a really clean day. Other half is going to a hockey game with youngest son and his two boys so the dog and I will be home alone. She is on a diet also. She is little and has gained a lb. I cook a whole chicken every week and we share it but I have been giving her too much I guess so this morning she got 1 heaping Tablespoon of shredded chicken. Usually she gets half a cup. So we are just chillin today. Everyone have a good cheat free day.

Awwww, thanks Lori You are all just doing so well and I feel like cheering you all on from the sidelines!!!

I've been off M&E for most of the week... just feeling a bit run down, tired, and without energy. Change of season here and we are heading into Autumn (Fall??) and think I might be getting a bit sick. Just being doing normal LC since Wednesday last week. Have woken up today and am starting my week again doing M&E and making sure I post here everyday to keep me on track. You guys have a way of keeping me motivated

corvette - sounds like you had a nice relaxing day yesterday. Did everything go as planned?

Tashy - I hope you get to feeling better. I actually have been feeling very similar and I think it is due to the season change as well. It has been very wet/rainy here and that is depressing for me.

I think that I am going to take a break from M&E this week. I am craving some salad and veggies, so I am going to add those in and start back on M&E next week.

Feeling your pain today Lori. First bump of the round for me. I’m thinking my culprits are:
Not eating enough – I just haven’t been hungry
Not enough water – always an issue on the weekends
Weighing in extra early – day light savings time

My plan – Eating Good and Plenty and Chug a Lug.

I did have a nice relaxing day yesterday it was a great pj's day. We live in a rural area so didn't think I would have any company. Better half had a fun day with son and grandsons at the hockey game and the dog and I had a good day. Best of all I dropped another lb this am. I ate 4 T of coconut oil in fat bombs yesterday so my calories had to be somewhere around 2000 which is high for me but hey something worked in my favor..

I stayed on track today, but I didn't have any eggs, so it was mostly just a meat day...idk why, but i always have trouble with getting my water in when i'm not at work,weird.

for those of you that had a gain, are you guys checking your measurements as well? i'm avoiding the scale b/c it makes me nutty, but inches are another great way to chart your progress as well...

happy losses all Spring is almost here, yay!

Started the 'ole M&E today.
B - 3 fried eggs in 1T butter and 2 sausage patties, hot tea w/ 1T HWC
L - 3 grilled chicken legs with 2T sour cream
D - 2 thick pork chops
S - 3 hb eggs with 1T mayo, 1T CO

That's a lot of food! I was way hungry today! 2,023 calories hungry! Oh No!

Oh and I've been getting bad leg cramps, assuming that is due to potassium deficiency. What's the best natural supplements I can take.? I haven't started any.

ienjoylowcarbinit - I usually don't worry about the calories too much. I try to stick with a good multivitamin. I'm not sure about additional suppliments for the legs, but I"m certain there is probably some information on the website somewhere.

Didn't realize I was out of eggs until it was too late-another meat and some cheese day :/ between the processed meats, cheese and Tom idk how much water I'll retain but whatevs-I willed myself to the gym after work and worked out yesterday.
Will have to get eggs before work tomorrow just in case I have another lazy post gym moment.

Menu today 2 Italian sausages bkfast 20oz coffee w 2tbsp half and half 3 splenda crystal light and water lunch 6 oz ground beef w 2tbsp sour cream 2 cheddar cheese sticks dinner bacon water coke zero

Best thing for me when I get cramps is magnesium. Works miracles

Okay I was a little discouraged yesterday. While I'm sick and eating chocolate treats I'm losing. Start feeling better, get strict and gain So yesterday while I was at the store I saw the cake pops DH got me and I had one then went home and had two english muffins with cheese and a couple glasses of wine for dinner. This morning, all time low Chocolate cake diet?

I am not going to post weights here for the next few days (or maybe I will ) but I am eating veggies. I made a HUGE bowl of broccoli cauliflower salad and I will eat a few servings a day over the next few days, then get back to meat and egg. I needed this break, because I was missing my veggies. Also made up a dozen devilled eggs last night. another YUMMY treat!

Accidentally purchased and fit into a sz 10 today! So excited I almost busted out of a size 14 dress just a few months ago. I finally got more eggs...will update my menu when my phone charges! I hope everyone had a great day
