TOM is right around the corner for me too! I usually gain up to 5 pounds the week before, so I'm trying to think of anything I can do to prevent that from happening this time. lol All I can think of is to drink tons of water. Years ago didn't they used to have a pms pill that helped with bloating? I wish that still existed. lol

FYI - I took magnesium in the middle of the day and I could have laid my head down on my desk at work and slept. I vowed to never do that again. Horrible trying to keep myself awake in the middle of the afternoon. I haven't felt like that since I was pregnant!

Fat fat ...you are doing great!!i had a .6 gain buts it cause I ate out when I eat out i never lose weigh cause they alway put fillers or marinate in something my body don't like,,,,,I also no the coconut oil makes me feel so good yesterday very busy with h dr appt.so I only had one cup coffee with co I was so tired last night plus a little stress..this morning had my coffee and feeling great...amazing....I swear by it........

I'm starting to get sick so I'm trying to battle that now before it hits in full force. I have chicken broth on the stove now with tons of garlic simmering in it. And I'm having apple cider vinegar twice a day too. Any other home remedies you guys can suggest? Besides honey because I don't want to add any carbs into my diet. Menu today: B: 4 scrambled eggs, coffee L: chicken broth with garlic D: 4 scrambled eggs

Hi all,
I just created an account on LCF specifically so I could join in with this thread...I have been reading threads on here for a long time though! Hope it's ok ![]() Well you have all inspired me to start the meat/egg fast after seeing how well everyone is doing... so here's hoping I can break this 10 week stall once and for all ![]() It's my first day today and I seem to be going ok...hopefully that stubborn scale will have budged a little in the morning. Thanks for the welcome Becky! Am going to start logging my losses I think (to keep me motivated!) We use the metric system here but will convert my kg to pounds like everyone else Day 1: -1.1 ![]() Thank goodness there was some movement on the scales. Drank heaps of water yesterday too. Was only moderately hungry but I think it was more in my head for desiring dairy products and green vegetables (that's just a bit sad really, having cravings for vegetables!!!). Have woken up super hungry today but hopefully once I have breakfast it will sort out. FatFat how long do you stay on the fast for or is this your WOE?? You have amazing willpower BTW, I don't think I could last as long as you have so far!!! Also, do you limit the number of eggs you eat in a day or do you just go according to your level of hunger? Yesterday I ended up eating 2 eggs in each meal x 3 times (B,L,D) and also had some beef mince (ground beef in USA I think??) at lunch and a steak with dinner. Too much meat?? Have a good day all...
