So I ate a small piece of beef jerky because my stomach was so hungry. It's still meat just not ideal at all.
I made it home and started up the grill, then grilled some of the most delicious thin pork chops I've ever eaten ![]() I ate three and now I'm full and happy! I'll eat three tomorrow and then have eggs for dinner. I'm off to drink lots of water! |

This is really interesting-can you eat any kinds of meats? Does it include fish? Do you still use condiments/spices? Are hot dogs off limits? (I just bought some Hebrew National low fat ones today)
I just started JUDDD and I'm still figuring that out, but I might try to do this fast too-what's one more thing to keep track of ![]() Last edited by mom23kids; 11-12-2012 at 05:30 PM.. |

I've got a fresh natural rotisserie chicken that I just baked tonight, will make some roast for dinner tomorrow, plus eggs. That will be most of my menu the next few days. I do use butter and mayo but I don't go overboard with either. I can't do cream...it stalls me.

one more question-do you allow any sweeteners? I just made a big batch of egg/chicken salad and the dressing is mayo, mustard and then a bit of splenda. Normally I would eat it on a lc tortilla but I could skip that and just eat it with a fork.
And what about diet soda? |

I'm not tracking cause I think it might stress me for some reason.
But at the same time I'm keeping in mind that too much protein isn't so great. I just don't have a huge appetite so I'm not too worried I'll consume excess protein. |

just to be sure today's planned menu is:
2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon tuna with alot of mayo for lunch 3-4 baked chicken thighs beef stick if required to keep from eating the whole house. AND CAN I have sugar free jello? someone mentioned a bit of sweetner is ok. Would this be acceptable? Tweak my menu if you need too. I want to get this right |

May I join please?
I need a jump start on my weight loss, and hopefully, this will do it! Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with sharp cheddar (I didn't realize that cheese was a no-no...oops!...will skip from now on!) Probably have the same for lunch and dinner. Hope everyone has a great day! |
