Just got back from Wendys and I ended up getting a 'son of a baconator'-dang, that's good stuff Two patties, two slices of American cheese and 4 slices of bacon, with mayo and ketchup. I took the bun off and put more mayo on it, to get the fat in So my plan for today has been tweaked to-

hb egg
son of a baconator, without the bun
3 scrambled eggs-no bacon bits today, because I've already had bacon

and if I get hungry I'll have another hb egg

Down another half pound this morning

This will be my last day doing the meat/egg fast and I'm very happy with how it went! Will definitely keep it in mind for the future

menu for today

hb egg
hamburger patty with slice of American cheese, mayo/ketchup/mustard
1 piece tilapia with tarter sauce
3 scrambled eggs with bacon bits

Well I ended my fast a day early-hubby took the day off and we ended up going out to breakfat

It has been a super busy day at work and I am exhausted and hungry! No time to eat ALL day, except a couple of boiled eggs that I shoved in my mouth while typing! Today is the third day of my carb detox, looks like I'll make it!!

Todays menu:

B-none
L-2 eggs
D-preferably a whole pig (leftover chicken from last night)

12/19--175..."sigh"
12/20--170.4...amazing what carbs and sodium can do to a body!
12/21--171.4...salty chicken!

Way to go on the weight loss Trigger828!

Had fun at my Christmas Party. Prime Rib was TO DIE FOR. Big slab of meat and I ate every bite! (oink!) I could do that because I skipped the Popover and baked potato. And...I'm down another pound! WOOHOO! I know the every day weight loss won't last forever, but I'm going to ENJOY it while it is happening!

Back to the basics today!

Good morning! Well I have successfully completed tree days of carb detox LOL, but I did cave in and had some cheese last night.

Good afternoon ladies

It's been awhile. Sorry, I've been sick and then just so busy that I haven't had much time to get online. I have eaten too many goodies even tho I said I wouldn't

But I've been pretty good for the most part. I wanted to share this after photo of my tummy because since I started doing M&E I have seen major results in inches lost!!!! I'll look for the before pic to post.
I'm just so happy, My tummy hasn't looked like this ever in my adult life

Just wanted to stop in real quick to wish everyone happy holidays! I will be taking off for a few days and enjoy myself with the family, but planing on going right back on M/E fast after christmas! Not worried about a few pounds gain either, they always seem to come right back off, but I wont weigh until I'm at least 3 days in LOL

That is strictly meat and eggs! That's why I wanted to post the pic on this thread, to show how it reshaped my body. NO exercise in over 8 months. I found the before pic and I'll post it on Wednesday. I was running and working out daily and just a few lbs heavier. Pretty big difference!

I weighed 136 this morning lowest weight since I was just a child!!!
TOM hit hard this morning and I ate cookies, truffles, and a bite of fudge for breakfast....ummmm WHAT WAS I THINKING!?? clearly I wasn't, it was just sitting there with a sign that said "EAT ME" no joke. Ugh it's a constant battle with my stepmother. Soon I'll be established enough to move out.

I woke up yesterday and this morning feeling like I had a "hangover" ...and no I didn't have any alcohol ...just not eating my "normal " routine...the only thing I had "bad" was Taco dip on Christmas eve (no crackers) and squash yesterday with my turkey...and then I had a handful of "crisper crackers" last night as I snuggled in my DD bed watching her new TV lol

I will be glad when the holidays are over so that I can get back to normal

Cindy I woke up feeling the same way! but I ate everything in sight yesterday! well, I have for a couple days now.
I really gotta buckle down and get back in it before I get too comfortable. Even tho I feel like crap when I eat certain foods, It's still easy to grab for them when I'm not in the right mindset. I even started my day with fudge today Gotta post my every move here so I hold myself accountable!
Fudge for breakfast....NO!!

Yes Oceana, you almost have to get completely away from those foods, which is hard in your case. I sent the rest of the pie, which was tormenting me, home with one of the kids.

Good morning! Hope everyone had a fantastic holiday! I am for one glad it is all over, I was completely out of control and the scale shows it I weighed in 12 pounds heavier yesterday!!! But may be I needed that eye opener, I really need to stay away from carbs AND from the sodium! Did my first M/E day yesterday and feel so much better today!

well I lost 1.5 on meat and eggs right before Christmas, and I gained that 1.5 back.

not bad. not worried. it was a small gain with little bits of extra food. nothing dramatic.


today is meat and eggs and will do it for 3 days.


stay strong everyone and I hope we get good scale results
