Hello ALL
well I have no appetite today! I ate a lil turkey dipped in mayo so that's a start. I've been struggling with a guy at work that talks about shooting people and other horrible things, and he carries his gun holster on his hip in the office. I've had a meeting about it yet he continues to work here. well today he made a horrible joke and I put my foot down, and said enough is enough. A few days ago we had a co worker die of a heart attack at the age of 32, leaving his wife and I think 5 children behind. Anyway this guy walks by my desk with an energy drink and says " I'm gonna drink this and try to have a heart attack and die like happy feet" (that was his nickname) well that was my breaking point! I told everyone I wouldn't be in tomorrow if they didn't terminate him and they are as I type. I'm sorry it's off subject but I had to get it off my chest! I would never joke about someones loss of life even if they were my worst enemy.

I know. It's so awful, his poor family! I was on the verge of tears and had to leave work.
I'm hungry now and just want to eat a big salad or brussel sprouts. My body is craving veggies so I'm gonna give it some I don't think meat and egg fast is a long term diet, even tho there are some that eat this way for life. I'm going to eat veggies only when my body craves them now. On the other hand I will NOT eat brownies only when my body craves them... hah I saw a lady eating the goodies from starbucks the other day and found myself a lil jealous :/ She was very thin and I thought for a minute that it would be nice to occasionally eat sweets without gaining massive amounts of weight. which is possible when at goal but also like a gateway "drug" for people that struggle with weight gain. But then again, no matter how thin you are, that kind of food isn't good for your body! Haha this is me just reassuring myself ![]() |

Thats so horrible that you have to put up with that guy...He is a BULLY!! Thats one thing I can't handle is a bully...I am upset just thinking about what he is doing to you and your co-workers..Horrible... No one should have to listen or put up with that type of abuse!! Good for you to stand up for yourself Hopefully he will be gone tomorrow but someone else will have to put up with his BULL Sad ![]() speaking of sad how terrible about the poor soul that passed away at such a young age...its so scary...his poor wife and kids ![]() My girl friends and I always look at a really skinny /pretty girl and say "Fat Ankle" and then we all giggle It makes us feel better ![]() So remember that girl having that treat had "fat ankles " |

![]() Menu today Sf vanilla chai w/almond milk Roasted chicken and aged cheddar, 3 macadamia nuts just to get a taste of something different. Some sort of pot roast and spaghetti squash with bacon and lots of butter, it tasted a lil sweet so I'm worried there was sugar in it somehow, although it couldn't be much. Need to eat more tomorrow starting with eggs. I'm expecting a gain in the morning due to lack of eating and water intake. |

Oh I did get out all my clothes I haven't been able to fit in for over 6 months and everything fit so great! Even a pair of pants I wasn't able to wear just slipped on and buttoned comfortably
Awesome feeling!! So even if I don't see the scale go down, the inches are coming off |

Pre T-day: 192.2 Post T-day Monday: 195.6 eating didn't go well Tuesday: 195.2 Wednesday: 193.4 Today: B: coffee w/2 splenda, HWC and CO S: 3 breakfast sausage links L: 2 sausage patty S: (if needed) hamburger or 4 oz sirloin D: 4 oz Sirloin or taco soup (leftovers) My birthday is Sunday, so I'm hoping to be in the 180s by then!! I know it is a long shot, but even 189.9 would make me happy! |

![]() WOW you ladies are doing great! Lori you can do it Well last night I was hungry for some goodies so I ate a couple squares of 90% lint chocolate and it was delicious!! I thought it was bitter and gross the first time I ate it, but now I think it's devine! I haven't gone to the bathroom in a few days now so I really didn't want to weigh myself but I did anyway after I drank my coffee. 140.2 My plan after that is to stay in the 130's and not see 140's again We'll see because I'm going to start working out and am sure to gain then. I'm wearing a pair of jeans I haven't wore in almost a year and they look even better than the last time I was in them ![]() Thanks to all my low carb friends!!! I seriously couldn't have done it alone!!! you guys are my low carb rock |

Well I'm a little frustrated today, 3 days the same, the only thing different did is adding butter...don't know if I will continue this or take a few days break?

Cindy - that is so fantastic. I'll bet you are over the moon with that weight loss.
Oceana - Great about the loss even with the bathroom issues. I certainly hope that you get rid of the issues and more weight ![]() Also, thank you both for the support and encouragement about my weight goal for Sunday. I am sticking with the M&E fast to try and get there, then going to induction aftward to try and stay there and lower! |

Oceana - I just remembered also that my OB gave me colace over the counter when I was pregnant because I preferred something more natural and less medicinal for getting the digestive track moving again.

When I was doing chemo treatments for cancer I went 12 days without going to the washroom and my doctor gave me this and I took 3 dose and the "gates" opened up there was no cramping or anything it was all natural |

Erika - I use loads of butter. Personally I do megging for 4 or 5 days per week and veggies for the other 2 or 3... I only have a couple of weeks to go by but it seems to spur the loss a little? I feel like if I stayed megging constantly I would have stalls same as I do being on induction constantly. For me it's just a good way of mixing things up. So, food today was lots of roasted pork belly with spring onion small venison steak with spring onion 2 strips bacon flax I'll add more veggies back in either tomorrow or friday... |
