I sure would like to join you all.i been fat and skinny all my life.1 year skinny next year fat.i always done Atkins and lose very well.but I want to do a life change way to lose.so started Tuesday at 197 today 194 I cut out all whites foods,I eat nothing with sugar in it.i try to eat very clean.i have not felt this good in years.

So I would like to lose 6 lbs by the end of August .

Good morning !i had to go to the bathroom and pee ever hour last night.i did drink 4 bottles of water after 6 pm.i was at a car show/ music.husband had a beer so just drinked water.but the good thing is I dropped a lb.

Cagmom how many cal.do you eat a day?
I'm not going to weigh my self except once a week.
I try to get around 1200 but don't make it some days.i don't count carbs but I'm in ketoeous .ieat all my carbs before lunch then in after noon only veg and meat. I have a apple and strawberry before lunch.i just feel so good eating this way.hope y'all have a grat day.

Joannew thanks for the welcoming I was watching dr oz the other day he was talking about green coffee bean extract..I bought me some I stated thur.it has helped I take 2 in am 30 min before breakfast and two before dinner.i bought my at a health food store.she said ever one who bought them came back for more they lost 6-8 lbs the first week.i like them cause they are natural. I will start posting what I eat.

I started taking them, too, but only one at a time. I think I will up my dosage and see if it makes a difference. Thanks!

No lunch was taking a ride did eat a few sunflower seeds in hull
S- flounder and salad with oil and vinegar.fish was yuk went to restaurant had broiled but they put lemon pepper and old bay..so much could not tell it was fish.
I think I need to eat more...
