Thanks for your input. I dug out the Chapter Manual and it said if a KOPS declines to weigh in it is an AB not EX. And if they have 4 ABs in a row they lose their status. I guess this is to deter people from not weighing in because they are out of leeway for more than 2 weeks and just figure they won't weigh in...the person at the meeting who was asking me isn't worried about it but I just wanted to make sure. She has way more than 15 weigh ins already.

Thanks ladies. I am going tonight to face the music I have decided in a sense that tonight is my new Day 1 in that I am going to slow things down and ignore the advice and chatter about skipping meals to weigh less in the evening. Like Dianne said upthread I have my home morning weight and my TOPS night weight and both will trend down except when by fault of my own I gain like now.

Sounds like I did it wrong. Has only come up once. Will look it up so if it comes up again I have the reference.

Good attitude Jeanie! I just dwell on my morning weight. I would not do the skipping meals, etc. If you do the same thing every week then it will be a true reflection of your weight when you weigh in at TOPS. But I do wear almost the same clothing each week! Or at least the same type of weight of clothing. LOL!

Not as bad as I had anticipated only up 1.25 pounds and I ate and drank normally before the meeting: The weigher was very supportive but the recorder made a comment about how I inspired her with my consistent prior losses as we have the same goal weight. Oh well back on track now.

Ugh they set a date for our Holiday dinner and wanted us all to sign up for the food we planned to bring. Rolls and fried chicken were mentioned really?!

I knew I had a loss this past weigh-in so I switched to my jeans. The jeans, with a light weight shirt, will be the weigh-in uniform until next summer. Always have the weigh-in uniform. LOL.

Holiday dinner?? What holiday is coming up that I don't know about LOL I think it's a bit early for Christmas! For our picnics and dinners we sign up for stuff maybe 2 weeks ahead of time.

Yes, I have one also. It's yoga pants and a tank top. The tank top has a built in bra so I don't need to wear one LOL In the winter I will just throw a sweater over the outfit. I will never weigh in jeans!

aww Christmas dinner on my B/day All of my group are low fat, So for me that would be a train wreck.. I would just take a low carb desert & eat well before you go..

Wow! That is early and sure doesn't sound like healthy food. We have 2 potlucks a year and we make sure to bring healthy foods, no mashed potatoes, rolls, etc.! I would just make something lowcarb and take it so you have something to eat.

Congrats on the loss. Any loss is good. I had a really good week. Totally did not expect it - down 2 lbs last night. Will be working this week to see that it sticks.

I think it will help. I know if I did not have to go out to work every day I would have a hard time following any sort of plan and losing weight. When I am off from work I usually gain weight. When I keep busy I find it easier.

Thanks Juanice! When I lost 100 lbs. I said - I lost 400 sticks of butter!! When I got to 120 lb. loss, I visualized a 50 lb. bag of dog food on my back and one on my front and then carrying a 20 lb. bag cat food in my arms. How in the world did I carry all that weight and walk around!!!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend! I am going to The Lumineers concert tomorrow and I am stoked! My daughter bought tickets for my birthday.

Jeanie be very happy with that loss, No matter how small it might seem, it beats the fire out of a gain

Oh and my first day @ dollar store went well.. It's a job and I am grateful to have it.. BUT had an interview with Del Monte food Fri & will {fingers crossed & prayers said} have a full time job with benefits come Mon...
