Hello, ladies! I hope no one minds but I would love to join this thread but just post my daily and average weekly calories and weight instead of following the format.

I do not weigh daily and do not have a specific goal for the month. My goal is to reach 125 by December 30. This is regain weight as years ago I did weigh more than 100 pounds above where I am now, which is 142. .... something lol, I don't have my records in front of me right now, they are on the iPhone.

Calories today will be 1380 as I have a set menu, yesterday was 1375. These are "low" days for me as I typically maintain at around 1900 calories but I have lost fitness and focus recently and now wish to get that average weekly calorie number down.

Thanks in advance if it is okay not to use your regular format but join you. I have been at this site for awhile but wish to be more active. :wave:

ANNALISA to the thread. Of course you can do whatever is comfortable for you.I have to W-I every day to keep me accountable, wish I didn't have to as we fluctuate every day and it can be frustrating. I use a planned menu also,but right now I'm doing the JUDD plan where I'm up in calories one day and down on the other. Its a plan that tries to fool the body but having a high calorie day and than the next day a low calorie day,and than high again. We have a thread called the JUDD if your are interested in reading and see how the members are doing.

I am kind of getting into JUDDD, too. I have the book, not sure yet that exact pattern is for me but I am getting a lot out of it. I've posted on the thread.

Weight today was down .8 and will be officially 140.4 for the week as I only weigh once a week! I ate in the 1500s Friday and Saturday, with average weekly calories in the mid 1600s, lowering by 100 for the average this week.

everyone...not doing much of calorie counting at the moment..too many things happening...my mom was diagnosed with parkinson so it's taking alot of my time...so i guess i'm doing what i can to keep the weight down...i'm the queen of CC so i know what i have to do but doing it is another matter...

As of this morning i was at 157.8 and i really trying to get back down to 150.0,but it's not simple as we all know...

Hello, all. Mommy Gates, thanks for the welcome and I am so sorry to read of your mom's diagnosis. Hope she is doing well today.

I do calorie cycling so had my high day on Sunday but it is a little higher than I wished. Am at 1390 today and hoping that will hold but may have another protein snack later. I am shooting this week for an average weekly of 1550.
