Calaries today 1,000 Was out all day also.
Going to have hot soup and 2 rice cakes and thats it. Been good since yesterday. I might make it yet.

I've been super busy with grandkids.....as of this morning i weighted 154.8 so would love to get down back to 152

So i'm starting again today..i might not be posting everyday but i'm here in spirit...

Let's count those calories.

MG your just getting back..give your body time to ajust !

Im good workout wize but need to stick with my food plan..tough when we are out alot.

Today i went shopping and loaded up with veg and fruit..that will bring my calories down

daily shakes for breakfast, liquid vitamins, green tea capsules; total lean burn 60 pills, flaxseed oil.
cut out the carbs/sugars - lots of turkey, tuna, chicken, ground beef - organic.
down 1.5 pounds this week.
finally got brave enough to put on my size 18's thinking i'd be depressed if they were tight and i had to fold them over. not folded over = could pull down w/o unbuttoning them. sweet. I'm also doing ITworks wraps every 3 days. My stomach is finally shrinking!!! i can tell a difference but that damn scale just won't budge past 191.

limited myself to beer/wine. I know I'll splurge when dh comes home - or keep doing what i have been. we'll see. i feel so much better.
Not much exercising because i'm outprocessing and getting ready for our move.

good job everyone. keep it up.
