One of my clients has lost 45 lbs on this WOE and he swears by it. He gave me a copy to read but I just started flipping through it tonight. Glad to see it showed up on this forum. Would love to hear from others doing it.

I saw this on Dr Oz and was impressed by it. The website said that even people who failed to lose on other diets lost with this one. I SOOOO need to loss about 100 lbs...being obese, having a BAD fall and injuring my right leg and hip over 3 months ago and it is still giving me fits and turning 60 next month... I need something to take off this weight.
How are yall doing on it? Did you start cold turkey or ease into it? |

I tried this diet back in 2004. I lost like 9 pounds in LESS than a week, and I was not even overweight at the time ... still within a healthy BMI. Now some of that was vacation weight (we had been on a cruise)- but I was still impressed.
However, my boyfriend who I lived with at the time was a huge meat-eater and an excellent cook, so I not end up sticking with it. I still think it's a very healthy way to eat. It's not cheap though to buy all that fresh produce, and it's not necessarily "easy." You won't find much support for a diet like this on a low-carb site, but they have an Eat to Live Facebook page that seems fairly active! |
