Calories aren't bad for you. Your body needs calories for energy. But eating too many calories — and not burning enough of them off through activity — can lead to weight gain.

So let's count those calories in May to a smaller you...

Going to try to lower those calories this month...

i am trying to pay my credit card off so imtoo cheap to order

i cant beileive the things the scales do these days

Yes, love bed, bath and beyond.

Yes, should pay off that credit card first! Way too much interest if u don't.

No worries here, we've been debt free w/ credit cards and cars since 9/2008 No house payment so don't have to worry about that right now and when we're ready .. hoping to pay cash!! If not, 15-year mortgage ONLY!!

ya the credit cards can get you into trouble..i have one just for travel

where are you going to buy a house Kaimi?

im pritty lucky too..my lake-house is payed for..and tenanted so income and my big house here has a morgage thats payed for by downstairs tenants
2 cars..1 truck and the camper van payed for

Starting again...my DD and DGD left yesterday...so i'm back...i did gain a little but it shouldn't take me time to get back to where i left off ( ihope)..

It was such a pleasant week with DGD,now she's older she's so much fun and my daughter is expecting her second one any time....
This week-end i'm going out of town to visit my son and wife,they just had a babygirl,she's 2 weeks old,can't wait to see them...i'm busy with babies...time sure goes by fast...already in the second week of may...it's crazy..

everyone...hope everything is good with everyone of you...

Going to see Bryan Adams tonight in concert...that should be interesting also...lol
