Well done! It feels great doesn't it? I went down to 198.2 at my lowest when I low carber in 2010/11. But then it all piled back on for various reasons...so I'm looking forward to that feeling again

Morning. Down another pound this week. I was hoping for 2 since I added in runs and didn't use my flex points. I think I'm one of those who just doesn't lose while I'm breast feeding. I might lower my daily points a tad this week. It seems if I didn't run and used my points I would have gained!

Weighed in today, down 1.2 lbs this week. I even used half of my flex points this week. I will be using them again next week too. I have a birthday party at a Japanese steakhouse tonight and Easter dinner at mom's house on Sunday. However, I sprained a ligament in my ankle and am now on crutches for 2 weeks at least. That is going to limit my activity a lot.

Congrats on Onederland Carol!! Last time I got there was 2004, and I have no idea when I departed..

Ok, crutches suck. Although I think I may get more exercise than before walking with them, it is hard work. Are there special activity points for walking with crutches?

There should be!

I was looking to see if I got more points for pushing the stroller when I run.

I think this week I'm going to try to go lower carbs and higher protein. Ill get most of my carbs from fruits and veggies. I just feel I should be losing more since I'm breastfeeding and now exercising

That's kind of what I've been doing. I'm trying to cut way down on my bread and cut out most sugar. I lose easier and faster that way, but I don't want to ever again feel like I can't have them if I really want them. I'm loving my fruit and veggies

Well, for some reason yesterday I was sooooo hungry ALL day. I picked and ate and picked and ate until I went way over my points. I don't know what happened but I'm back on track today. I was completely out of control

I think I had used all my flex points by Saturday night. Yesterday was definately a high point day. Did not track.

Oh well, it's a new month and I only have a few special days to navigate so I should be OK.

I am definately feeling more hunger today than usual. I'm going to bed so I won't have to think about it.

Erin ~ I totally feel where you're coming from! I stopped tracking on Saturday in the evening and just kept eating. Now I'm dreading weigh-in tomorrow with a passion

Good morning! Mid-way through the work week...woot woot! This is Day 3 of tracking everything honestly -- ate a slice of pizza & some cheese bread from Papa Johns last night, so I dipped into my weekly points. I was good the rest of the day, though. I would love to get back into the 220's, which I haven't seen since November.

Hope you all have a good day!

Jayce ~ Great start on tracking! I love WW for the fact that we don't have to be perfect and can have some foods we love

At my weigh-in today, I had lost 0.8 of a pound. I'll take it but I want to lose 2.2 by next Wednesday to put me at a total loss of 30 pounds. I have to buckle down and get serious!

I hate it when that happens. Maybe you can change what you are eating and go more veggies and lean meat. Make sure you are using all your points to.

BLAH, darn crutches are killing me. No loss this week and I am on them for at least another week. My job definitely keeps me active, having to sit is messing with my goals. I was hoping to get to 220 by Easter, I am so close but just not making it yet.

Hi! I'm new here and looking for advice. I recently started LC and have not been too consistent, l also recently joined WW Online and I have started tracking and staying in my daily points, while keeping carbs reduced. I'm planning on going back and reading this thread from the start, but I'm wondering if any of you are reducing carbs while following WW? I realize these are 2 different plans but I feel like I'm having some success with this method. I didn't see alot of daily menus/menu planning on this thread, does anyone typically list their foods/points/carbs consumed throughout the day? It would help me if I could find some ideas to follow... anyway thanks for letting me post here!

The only carbs that I am reducing are the bad carbs , like bread and noodles and such. I am eating lots of fruit and veggies ( non starchy ) lean meat . It's working slow and sure , about 6 1/2 lbs in 5 weeks. Glad you are here.

wow - lots of new people have joined since I last posted. I'm back. I tried to do it on my own since the holidays and it didn't work. I exercise like crazy but I ate like crazy too. Feel into some of my old habits and the slippery slope --- and the scale went up and up. I've gained 5 pounds since January. So...today I'm back...and tracking. I need to get rid of the sugar cravings so I'll be back to low carb and tracking points. And...I miss this site - it kept me honest. Yep - I'm back. Welcome new people and I hope some of the old folks are still around....

Today is the 1st day back...April 8..... spring is here and sumer is right around the corner.

I spent the last 3 days out of town and eating pure junk. I spent 5 weeks losing 4 pounds and 3 days putting it back on. I'm gong to cleanse a few days and jump back on later in the week. I'm really discouraged though

Isn't it so unfair - a few days of 'fun' and the weight comes back so fast. Seems so wrong. But, you can get back on track. I'm working on it. Today is day 1 and boy it's hard but I'm committing again.

Mon-Tuesday I had good point / lc days. Boy, my body/mind were not happy with the change. Today - is day 3 and I'm going to be strong. Yeah - think I'm back on track. Hope everyone has a good Wednesday.
