Good morning. Uggg. I'm trying not to let the scale dictate my mood but I'm disappointed. I weighed and its a pound and a half higher than when I weighed in NY. That's a lot to me. I just have to keep pushing on and hope its lower for mY official weigh in on Friday. If it isn't it still means I lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks, which is exactly what WW is designed to do. I want to lose this weight but I want to do it the healthy way too.

Just got done with my run. I ran 3 miles yesterday and today. I hope my activity points help offset a lot of the flex points I used this week. I'm nervous for Fridays weigh in!

Hi, WW buddies!
I went for my weigh-in and meeting today and I've lost 2.2 lbs ![]() For those of you who are struggling, I send big hugs I know it's discouraging, but if we just keep at it things start kicking in gear once again. I had about 3 weeks of low weight loss and it got me down. But it's a process, so I try to look at my weight loss as a whole, not a weekly thing. Hope everyone has a wonderful remainder of the week! ![]()

Do you guys use all your points everyday? The last 2 days I've fallen short. Today was only by 2 points but yesterday was like 7 or 8 I think.

Yeah I've had some really high point days so I guess I'm probably breaking even. I ended up having some popcorn last night so I got in all my points.
Going to be squeaky clean today because week 3 weigh in is tomorrow |

Carol Ann-
You are doing great!Good luck on your weigh in today Disney. I had a really heavy meal last night. I could tell that I overate. My body is really adjusting to smaller amounts. I like feeling just right and don't enjoy the feeling of eating past that anymore. Today is my official "treat" day. I usually bake a cake and enjoy a piece. I'm just not craving anything this week. DH and Mom don't need it anyway. They are both trying to avoid the sugar now. They were both complaining that I was too strict about food that comes into the house. I started baking them a cake every week and they both started feeling like crap!! I secretly was hoping this would happen. They both decided they had had enough so now I'm not the bad guy.Did not weigh this morning because of heavy meal last night. I'm doing crockpot Roast Beef with carrots and potatoes for tonight. Will probably eat 10-12 pts. in Roast and Catsup and then fix myself some green beans. Same lunch and snack as always. I really do need to find something else for lunch. I have a bad habit of eating the same foods all the time. I don't even like Oatmeal or Blueberries and I ate that every day for years. I am trying to back away from the Shrimp. It's expensive and I eat too much. Don't know if I should be concerned about Mercury or not. |

B: Picked up a "Protein Pack" from Wawa -- it has a tiny multigrain bagel, hard-boiled egg, grapes, apple slices, PB serving (1.75 oz), and raw almonds. I haven't eaten the PB or almonds yet -- I'm saving them for snacks. Coffee with 1 single serving creamer & 5 Splendas.
Snack: Sargento colby cheese stick, "Blue Machine" Naked Juice (says it was 8 pts for the container, but I'm not really worried about it b/c it's 100% juice with no sugar added with 14g fiber) Will update after lunch! ![]() Carol Ann: I need to start exercising...I can definitely walk at least 3 days a week. You're doing great!

I'm not watching my carb intake at all. I'm actually following weight watchers. I loved the weight loss eating low carb but it wasn't sustainable for me.
Doing well here. Exercising and making good choices. I dipped into my flex points yesterday but only a few. Hoping for a nice loss this week come friday |

Delurking...you all are doing great!
I restarted on Sunday. The WW lady said I would not want to see my sticker and printed a new one for me that started at zero. I have gained 21 pounds in the last year. ![]() Yesterday was Day 1 for me...so far so good. I am reading your successes and challenges to use as my inspiration. |

I'm not counting carbs either. I lost 56 lbs. a few years ago with low carb but couldn't keep it off. I just couldn't stick to it long-term. I'd try and fail then binge and gain. I love the freedom of the Weight Watchers program. On low carb I ate very few veggies and fruits. Now I'm loving them and my weight continues to drop.
I've got my meeting and weigh-in tomorrow. If I lose 1 lb. I'll be in Onederland for the first time in 4 years. Granted, I'll be 199.8 with a pound loss, but that's good enough for me ![]() |

I think I may count my pro points, eat the fruit and veggies and limit starchy veg and grains. I have a tendency to eat too many calories when I just low carb and that stalls me. I think it would do me good to count points and learn some portion control, lol

Hi all!! Not a good weigh in for me today. Up 2 lbs. since last Tuesday. I've been sloppy with my tracking. I've eaten a few things that I don't even like just cuz they were there. Like noodles. They are not my friend.
Violet, I track my carbs loosely. I try to stay at 70 per day as an upper limit. I don't do the fruit. No reason, just never really liked it. I also don't do breakfast or dairy. My WW leader would be appalled!! ![]() I finally made it to a meeting today. I was the biggest loser for the month. We don't have a very motivated group this time around. We started this session on Jan. 20th but several folks have not lost at all or gained. One is a good friend and asked me for advice today. She eats mostly vegetarian and her daily menu looks like about 300+carbs. Alot of granola, honey and coconut. Not much protein. She's pretty heavy but is also a yoga and fitness instructor so she's very active. She is eating alot of activity points. She's having issues with PCOS and other health symptoms. I'm trying to gently steer her toward lower carb. I didn't give her this site but a few others like Dr. Mercola and MDA where they discuss the evils of excess sugar. Don't want to scare her too much by bringing her over to the dark side. ![]() |
