It's alright, just let me know if you ever need a count on something. It's really no problem for me to look, I'm on there a couple times a day anyway
Thanks on the AV... it's beautiful here, we love it, except for all the wind we get being on the eastern slope. |

Greetings all, today was my week one weight in... This week was hard. I felt even more restricted than I have on LC. I think its takes more effort to track EVERYTHING, than to just watch for carbs. I didn't lose as much as I expected... But then again thank goodness I lost.
Like many of you, the afternoon and evening really mess me up. It's like my appetite just goes in over drive!!! What are some FILLING - zero to 2 point foods that you guys feel helps you? Thanks |

For what it is worth, I have found that what I eat during the day has a HUGE effect on how hungry I am in late afternoon/early evening. If I have protein with breakfast and lunch plus a pure protein snack, my hunger is manageable. If not, i am ravenous. Plus, avoiding processed foods and sugar helps. But you knew that! |

Good morning,
Yesterday was ok. I felt I could do better. Need to get in the habit of tracking, which begins today. I know its going to be hard for a while, until I learn the plan. Atkins was so easy as far as doing it, just eat lc, but I will get a handle on this. Kudos to those who had a good day yesterday, and to those who feel that they didn't, just remember one day at a time. Have a great day. Lynn |

Good morning ladies! Well, yesterday afternoon I did HORRIBLE! Me and DH were out fixing fence, we needed to go into town to pick up some parts, and he wanted to go to his favorite BBQ place. Well, I got a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries, did not eat it all, but ate at least 1/2, and I'm afraid to even weigh today lol. Probably won't weigh for a few days, just to be safe.
So, here I go again today, back on track again B: LC,GF Double Choc. Zucchini Muffin (4) Coffee w/cream and stevia (2) L: Progresso Light Soup (2) Big Green Salad (0) D: Grass fed beef patty (6) 2 slices bacon (2) 1 1/2 Tbsp natural peanut butter (3) 1/2 of one minute muffin (5) steamed broccoli (0) S: blueberries (0) TOTAL: 24 but I'm sure I'll add in another little snack or something, bringing it to 27

Good morning everyone, down 2.2lbs for the week. I'm very happy as I let go of low carb and just counted points. I'm now going to really concentrate on eating closer to daily points for the best loss!
tttmom~WW is very forgiving...any gain will be lost soon. |

Yay Shari. I think that you have realized one of the "good" things about ww. Not only does it seem easier to recover, but the fact that you can plan for indulgences by saving points or earning additional points through activity.

Good morning to all.
Congrats, Shari. You are doing awesome. I am maintaining so it looks. I am up a few tenths and then the next day, I am down a few tenths of a #. Just the way I am though, but am loving the WW program and the variety that I can have. Have a great day everyone, Hope |

Good morning everyone! YAY Shari! Congrats! I think I've been making it too complicated by trying to do both LC and WW at once. I have to remind myself how easy it was the first week to only count points, and that's it. Glad you've got it down
Today's menu... B: morning express egg white/english muffin (5) 2 cups coffee w SF creamer (2) L: zucchini hash rounds, 2 pieces (6) D: 2 pieces paleo sweet potato pizza (10) salad (0) S: apple, blueberries (0) 1 WW frozen dessert (4) TOTAL: 27 |
