***April Calorie Counting***
Calories aren't bad for you. Your body needs calories for energy. But eating too many calories — and not burning enough of them off through activity — can lead to weight gain.
So let's count those calories in April to a smaller you... I started doing JUDD in March and lost 7lbs...very happy with the progress.it's all about controlling those calories I WILL keep it up. |

Hi girls,
I will start w/ tracking my food tomorrow. Exercise: Saturday: Day 6: 30 minute run/walk treadmill ~ Week 1; Day 3 couch-to-5K completed. Couch-to-5K days; March 26, 28 and 31. Sunday: Day 7: Rest day! - I will resume on 2 April w/ couch-to-5K starting w/ week 2. |

I just hope I can continue w/ this stupid foot pain since June!

Good news and Bad news!
I got a new scale, a Weight Watchers Digital Scale. That's the good news. The bad news is,,,,,It's not saying the same thing the regular Dial scale says. Why do the errors have to be up instead of down. A good 3 to 4 pound difference, depending on which way I lean on the old scale. That digital is so ruthless.![]() Well I'll list my weight starting tomorrow. ![]() But I love new beginnings and April is a fresh New Month.....Let's kick some fat out of here Comrades ![]() ![]() ![]()

fellow calorie counters!I ended March at 132.5 which was .5 above goal, but I'll take it. Starting April the same weight and would love to break into the 120s by the end of the month. Really hoping to hit 130 by my brother's wedding on the 20th. But PMS and TOM will plague me the next 2 weeks, so we'll see what happens. Finished Insanity yesterday! Am going to start Jillian Michaels Ripped In 30 tomorrow. Will do 2 workouts each day to get in my 40 minutes. |

![]() Today I am going to be high in fats and proteins and VLC since I ate very high carby foods yesterday. I don't feel bloated and terrible, so that is good. I didn't weigh this morning because I was up last night with my oldest DD. She had fevers all day yesterday and last night. She has strep again. I think her tonsils have to come out.Anyway, have a great on plan day! |

Day 1: WW 1-2-3 Success Program
I decided too go back to WW and give the OLD plan a try! The one I lost 30 pounds on. I'm not sure if I will like the points + program when we move stateside but I will be going to meetings regardless for accountability to weigh once a week!
Ok, I smell someone cooking on the grill - NOT fair!! I had a stinkin' salad for dinner tonight!! Keep up the good work ladies! Sorry, I don't have much time on the 'net and when I "do" ~ it's mostly reading. |

March brought me a four pound loss, but April Fool's day bumped me up pounds back to 185.5. I'm back down to 183.5 and my goal for April will be 5 pounds from this - 178.5. That will certainly give me something to work on! ![]() Good luck, everyone! ![]() |

Having a workout room is handy. We have a Bowflex, a BF Treadclimber, and a Cardioglide in ours, along with very old TV/VHS combo and old Boombox for entertainment while we workout. Unfortunately, my dh also has his hobby stuff in there, so the room gets crowded at times!
My workout for today was outside in the flower & veggie gardens though! ![]() |

Hi Ladies...sorry I haven't had a chance to log in. Work has been crazy busy.
I did not see a loss or gain last month. I guess that could be classified as a win, tho I was really hoping for the latter. I am "this" close to goal and can almost taste it. DH says I don't need to loose anymore, but I really want to see the number 139 again. Last month I did a little calorie zig zagging but nothing major. I suppose I could try JUDDD at full throttle, tho it's hard doing so when I am trying to lift heavy weights. The Chalean Extreme program I did for 90 days REALLY toned me up but I only lost 6lbs total. Not really sure what I am going to do but I will think of something. 04/01 - 1302 (45 min doing elliptical intervals) 04/02 - 1385 (NROLFW stage 1 workout A1 + 15 min treadmill intervals)
