Susan that is awesome about the pants!!! I have not been below 200 for 30 years, let me tell you I want to see it, ate the naughty things I planned to yesterday but I ran/walked 2.5 miles in the morning and pulled 150 pounds worth of kids in a wagon for 1 mile with a broken wheel, after dinner LOL My back is killing me!!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving!! We had a wonderful meal at my Grandma's house last night before going to work. I had some pumpkin pie, but I'm still at 204.8 today. Actually down a little from earlier in the week. But TOM is here too, so if I'm careful over the weekend maybe I will be down to 202-3 on Monday.

work last night went pretty well. It was really busy and crazy, but all my customer were really nice. Worked for 10 hours Wed night and then 12 hours last night. So thankful that I have tonight off!!!

Have a fantastic weekend!!!!

Stayed on plan yesterday!! Duukan all the way!! It was a pp day. Adding in veggies today. also had some kidney beans in the chili -- which dh usually doesn't do -- but I'm not going to worry about it. Going to eat some yogurt before I go to work. then chili for lunch tonight. snacks will be slim jims. Hope to be at the same weight tomorrow or even lower!! That would be nice. I guess I should say that I had a new low today of 202.2. Hope and pray it stays off!!

Becks, I missed you. Please grab the rope I´m tossing you and climb back on the wagon. I don´t know if there´s room on that wagon for both of us, but let´s try it. Today is day 3 of trying Dukan again. In two days I´ve gained two pounds with no cheats. I´m going to try my best to do it for another five days, and if the scale doesn´t go into a downward freefall, I may just dive into the peanut butter. Banta was a lot more fun.

Pat

Not sure if I'm going to lose this week or not. Been eating too many veggies, but still have till Wed.

Ugh such pressure Pat you are gaining weight? WTH? I am trying to jump back on. Not even sure why I sabotaged myself since I had no TG dinner but I just felt "entitled" b/c everyone else in the country was enjoying food

Lenise I am over the moon excited for you!! Look out onederland here she comes!

Susan I am sure it will take me a week to undo the damage I've done but we can do this. Cluck like a chicken....lots of eggs and chicken

OK I decided to get back on plan. No excuse to keep putting it off I guess. Just boiled up some eggs.

Pat why would you be gaining? Seems odd to me. Are you only using fat free foods? Not sure what is available in Spain compared to the good old U.S. of A. You do know Sangria is not on the list, right?

Anyone have their tree up yet? I do Actually haven't put one up in a few years but decided I wanted to see all the nostalgic ornaments and use the tree skirt my mom made me.

Nasty snow (hate it) moving in today. I was going to go out and get a few gifts but the wind and rain stopped me in my tracks. Now sort of sleeting with inches of snow yet to come.

Ok just rambling here...... let's do this! Until Christmas that is

Becky- I cant believe it but I am not decorating the house or putting up a big tree, we have the house for sale and he wants it decluttered so I got the kids a live norfolk pine in a pot that we are then going to plant outside after Christmas, but we did put up the outside lights, makes me sad I love the decorations and I love my nativity! I might have to get just a small nativity to sit out. Moving sucks, and so does trying to be neat while moving, but I am so hopeful that this new realtor is working to get this place sold, our last open house no one came the whole time it was on the market!

I also feel bad I cant bake for the boys, but I just cant my willpower is too shoddy lately, I am all strict and I gain, I eat I lose and end up at square one, I am so sick of it, so I said sorry boys, mama just cant bake!

Up a little today to 201.6. Ate lots of veggies yesterday. Today is a PP day. Had three burgers topped with salsa tonight and three pieces of cheese. I know the cheese is a no no, but I had such a taste for it! Going to take some leftover turkey for lunch tonight along with my yogurt w/cinnamon. Haven't been using my oat bran this time. Mainly cause I haven't had a chance to get it out of the basement fridge and put it in a container so I have it upstairs. lol.

come on gals!! We can do this!!!

No change in my weight this week. Still at 167.4. That's OK because I had 2 good weeks in a row right before this. Woke up hungery this morning and made a Dukan legal pumpkin pudding, then a couple hours later ate some hamburger/cabbage mix on the miracle noodles and coleslaw. Still hungery a couple hours later so made a Dukan legal cocolate 3 minute microwave cake. Wow, it's not even 1PM and I'm hungery again! Not sure what is going on. I am rarely ever hungery on this plan.

Good grief indeed! My cheat days weren't even worth the damage (except for the wine). Weight this morning 194.8

Susan I am always hungry when I am trying to get back on plan. I sometimes can get past it by drinking a liter of water. Do the best you can and remember if you're not hungry for a hard boiled egg.... you're not really hungry

I'm SO excited!!!!

199.8 today!!!

I tried to take a picture of the scale, but my phone died!!

Today is a PP day too. Cause I know that tomorrow night I'm going to be off plan. Not going to stress about it. As long as I go right back on plan after my evening meal. We're going to a mexican restaurant tomorrow night and my dd and I always get the nachos supreme and split as our meal. It's SOOOO good!

Oh send it my way now!!!! Good grief if this weight doesn't start moving I am hacking the limbs for sure, LOL I really think the exercise is a hinderance but a good thing its a love hate, I love the exercise its changing my bod but I think I store the glycogen then burn it then it refills I am so confused I think I am going back to carb rotations and cut the cardio a bit and see if that happens, maybe just walk instead of run on VLC days, my knee is still messed up anyway!

Amber that may just be the ticket at this time and your knee does need to repair itself before it takes another pounding IMO.

Celebrate Lenise!!! That 1 is such a beautiful number. Mexican is hard to find something legal to eat. My first celebration meal is going to be Chipote's burrito bowl with chips.

Hope the knee gets better Amber and you figure out what is holding you back. You know you'll get below that 200 mark in time.

Hang in there everyone and we will make it through the holidays.
