My goal weight for September is :

I hope you are all doing well. I forgot to post my calories last night but I was under calorie goal again (due to exercise) and I am weighing in this morning. It looks like I lost a little over a pound this week. I usually weight in every morning but I am not in my house at the moment so I'm relying on my MILs scale which is in the family room/workout room right in front of a huge window. I can either weigh myself with my clothes on, bring the scale into the bathroom and weigh with my clothes off, or just weigh myself naked in front of the window and hope that nobody sees me

I am holding steady at 149.2 lbs. My calories have been between 1100 and 1300 for the last few days. I seem to be doing well with this and not stressing going a bit over/under 1200.

Hi Ladies.
What a pretty day today.
I just love fall. Sept. and Oct .
Today for lunch Im having. 6 inch Subway.{turkeryand blackham.and lots of veggies. Cals for that is 290 . Then tonight having Soup{lightwhole can with 2 rice cakes for 290.
And if I want tonight for snack and to add little more heathy cals for today will be a 8oz. Kerfir for 110cal. and add1 cup cherries{Frozenfor 90 cals.
780.cals for today.
I know that doesnt seem like much.But I will add more like a salad if need. but i really dont
think I will.Or a fruit might be good too if i need.
But eighter way My cals wont go today over 1000.
Hope this week to stay lower but yet healthyfoods and lots of veggiesand fruit.
Clas. no highier then 1200 that will be my high in.
For Sunday we go with daughter and family out. so i know cals will add up.
But I already put in my food order were we are going. a vegatrain diner. that was the healthy way to go for me.
Im going to try to get more Kefir shakes in too.at least 2 aweek.
I need to start riding bike. and do exeriscing too.
I sure sounds like we are back. Lets keep posting on both sites. lets see if we can get close to goal by Jan1st. and start a new.
I think posting even just to say hi.It helps.

Hi Kind,Hope you remember me from the old calorie counting thread. I tried eating on a low calorie 1000 and under and I gained like I this yesterday,so I upping my calories to 1300 just 300 more calories and I find I lost at little but its better for me that way. Try not to go above 1400 if I can help it. But we're all made different so what it good for me might not be good for you.
