If I remember correctly it is very similar to Somersizing by Suzanne Somers (food combining) She has a website. Hope that helps!

Somersizing/Montignac Method

For "Somersizing" which is indeed very simlar to "Montignac" you might also take a look at the Lefora "Somersizing Forum". It's really a very helpful and friendly group and they are constantly looking for new members.
