Count me in for a Monday "attack". Dang scale has not moved all week. We can do it!!!

Becky none of us like exercising but Leslie Sansones"Fast&Firm 4 Really Big Miles" is easy and you can do as much or as little as you want. mine came with a toning band that you use on mile four and its also easy to use. Got it at Sams or Walmart. Give it a look see. Might be helpful for you.

Phaedra I have many things here including DVD's, toning bands, 2 weight benches and many weights, treadmill, Jake's Ab machine, cardio glider, 2 stationary bikes and one wind fan or whatever it is called bike. I could rent you space This 60 year old suffering with aches and pains has retired Nice you to try to help me but when it comes to the 'e' word it just ain't gonna happen

Wow hope sinny gets her book and jump on with us on Monday. We have 5 doing Attack starting Monday

Going to spend the day with my sisters tomorrow. Made my peanut butter pie to take and didn't even swipe a lick but it was tempting

Many here seem to have a sweet tooth? I am more of a savory person which I suspect helps on this plan Who is sweet and who is savory?

My favorite is WATP Express. I've been doing the three mile one the past few days -- mainly cause I have no remote and it's the only one that'll start on it's own. lol. But I bought a universal remote today so hopefully it'll work on that tv. I use 2 pound weights for the whole walk instead of the stretchie band. Same thing when i do the WATP w/weights -- I use the weights for the whole walk instead of the small portion they do on the dvd. I also have Walk & Kick, which isn't one of my favorites, but it's a change of pace sometimes.

Becky- yes both is my problem!!! Like a chcolate covered potato chips would solve all, LOL But more than chcolate it is baked goods, that is my weakness, and bread!!! Yum!

I was so good today had sashimi and a little rice on a tuna roll, but I was busy driving to appts all day have a big old lean steak and asparagus! Going to reread Dukie at the beach on Saturday and go shopping, me and that Chobani are going to be friends again, I gotta move this scale!!!!!!

I understand not wanting to exercise but jut pretend there is slot machine at the end of the block!!!! LOL

I think all 5 of us doing Attack on Monday should post what we eat, maybe that will help others? I track everything in ****** so I will put the totals in too for me, those that dont track that is fine, but might be helpful we all got big events and goals to make!!!! We gotta try to focus and help each other as best we can!

I am anxious for some milk oh man I get to drink milk again!!!!

Amber I was going to suggest we post what we eat but didn't want to discourage anyone. I think it is good idea. Maybe help us decide what helps us and what doesn't

I had a salad with slices of the steak from last night in it. Was very good but there goes more soy sauce down the hatch. May have more tonight too but just remind when I whine tomorrow it is the sodium!

Too funny Amber. I keep thinking about walking the strip in 100 degree weather but we do hop on and off the bus which helps Will do me some good walking off some of the buffet calories

Amber/Becky,Like your ideas.

I think re-reading "Dukie's" Chapter on Attack is excellent. Maybe we should all do that. To refresh our brains as to why were on this path and what we have to do to excell.

Post our daily food intake.. will do.

Not a big fan of the numbers game..tracking carbs, fats, proteins, and sugars, gives me a headache. But if you think that would be helpfull for us I'll do it.

Perhaps posting how many minites a day we "e" would be usefull.

For me the hard part is not cheating ie:" how could one celery stalk hurt,or man this needs some salt,or just one Tablespoon of Walden SF jelly would make this pancake edible". But guess what... it adds up and before you know it ..Poof.. I've gained a lb.

So my main goal this coming week is to stick strictly to The Plan ole Dukie set up for us. We are intelligent women, we know what we have to do...so lets get on our bikes and ride!!!

Phaedra it is amazing how knowing people are with you make you more successful if you dont track calories and stuff no worries, just write out what you eat, like

chicken breast,
egg
whatever gives us the right ideas! Sunday I will bake the goji muffins I will eat them pre gym!

And if you need E minutes that is great we will record the workouts too!

I always feel so much better with others, LOL Its like we are holding our gruby protein hands together, LOL

All this talk and recording 'e' has my palms sweaty Bikes.... if ya got 'em.... ride 'em I use salt but not too much but must say I don't use cereal

Amber in the old days on our wonderful Banta Babes challenge group we would refer to exercise as "e" but "E" was hmmmm exercise in the bedroom You made me smile using E.

Cathy Hope it wasn't anything I said to make you go away. Good luck to you I don't do FB have always refused to bow to it but I am softening.

I never did find out what weight old Dukie (love that) says I should be b/c the only thing I saw was putting your email in and I hate doing that. Is that what you guys did? Or is there a formula I haven't seen?

I only use the e-book and I don't like it. Been thinking about picking up a hard copy and think I will!!

I put in my email and I never got any email from them, and his ideal weight was 198 same as my doctor's goal I am trying to get 180 that would be 170 pounds lost no wonder I look like sharpei, LOL

E word I like that, : ) I lost my drive, Tony is not too happy its all the "e" I am so freaking tired it feels like work, LOL

I dont know of the formula it factors in stuff so I think you should do it, it is very realistic weight which is good. How tall are you?

Goji's- I got mine in NYC in China town, asian markets have them and now some of the health food stores, look around they are out there, all dried up but in the muffins they plump up, Dukie says they are OK on Attack they are good for you, high in antioxidants, they were my favorite muffins.

I have to have a hardcopy!! I love marking up my books and making notes in them. Books are definitely my downfall.

Cloaz, drop back in whenever you want!! I read the page on fb sometimes too. Lots of good information, but I love our little group here. Good luck!!!

I think we all should go over the attack chapter this weekend to help prepare ourselves. And I agree we should post our food -- and be honest, no matter what!!! We can do this!!! A little mini challenge to help us focus and lose weight!

I did another half hour of exercise tonight! I think that's the most I've ever done in one day. 45 minutes of my walking dvd, one mile walk to/from Dollar General, and 30 minutes of my walk & kick dvd. Yikes! I think that's a record!

Just relaxing now and drinking lots of water tonight!

Amber: have fun at the beach being prepared is the only way to win this battle.Gojis here I come.I'll find those little buggers some where.

Good idea to read recipes again I too hate to start and not have all the stuff i need.

I also have not been contacted after I got my true weight from Dukie. Guess to many folks have done it for them to contact us all.

I got stuck on eating cereal at night last year when i was in bed 6 weeks with a broken leg.Good for the laxative effect,so its been hard to break that habit. But I only did it once since starting on Dukan, will do my best not to eat it any more.

Lenise I feel that way too. I am going to get the book this weekend! You go girl on all the walking I am guzzling a liter of water right now!

Amber I am 5'4" or maybe a little less with age. I will do the goal wt. thing and see what it says. I would be happy at 145 so I could try not to go above 150

I think I'm going to try the cinnamon oat bran muffins tomorrow. I don't know if we have this recipe on our thread or not. I know there are some muffin recipes, but it's been awhile since I went through the thread.

I am in heaven at the moment. The scale dropped 2 pounds last night and I just changed my avatar to the 30 LB Club!!!

On giving an email address to the Dukan site, I just made up a new email on yahoo, gave that address to the Dukan site, saved 'print screens' of the Dukan graph, and then never authorized the new email on yahoo, so it has probably dropped off yahoo's radar by now.
