Hi everyone

Not much time to post but just wanted to say I'm down to 239.8. Five days on attack so far and down 8 pounds.

Sinny - WTG I will probably stay on attack until Tues. That will be 9 days. Would like to lose 10 before I go on to cruise phase if possible.

Thanks!

Oops I miscalculated. It would actually be 8 days on Attack for me if I do PV on Tuesday, not 9.

Had the Italian beef again today for lunch and fed it to hubby too (with mozz. cheese melted on his) and he loved it

So yesterday didn't get much food in since we were at the casino most of the day. Here was my menu:

B: skim milk latte, greek yogurt, oat bran cookie
L: 2 eggs, topped with a little salsa, a carb master yogurt
D: cottage cheese "pudding" I look forward to this every day! But now out of cc

Had coffee with splenda and diet dp at the casino. Never got hungry and got home too late for dinner, so just had the cc.

I hope I can continue eating so much dairy and lose. I'm not sure I could do this without it.

Big storm. Basement is flooding. Pipes busted along the highway. Water is everywhere!! It looks like our neighbor has a waterfall down his sidewalk! This is not going to be a fun day. Four hours of sleep and this. I need to go back downstairs and see how bad it is getting. Poor cats. It's their area that floods first. They just get up high and stare at it. lol

Oh no I won't be making good food choices I will be walking a lot though and we usually only really eat one a meal a day in Vegas so may help out the situation! Staying 8 nights. Booked at Harrah's for total of $160. Also double booked 2 of the nights comped at Mandalay Bay and double booked 1 comped night downtown at the California.

WOW!! no problem finding a place to stayLOL.
Your right all that walking and one meal a day should keep you on track.
I'm in Texas, you? Its a long flght for me to Vegas and I always get swollen feet and hands, then takes a day to go down then, the cycle return for the trip home.

You're going to do it Becky! You're an inspiration to us all!!

I weighed this afternoon, and I'm still at 209.6. Hopefully I'll be down more tomorrow. With only sleeping four hours last night, then having to deal with the water situation and then sleeping for a few more hours, my day is totally screwed up!

Well, they've been out on the street working all afternoon. I hope they get it done soon so we have water again! The water has receded from the basement and I've got the fans going to dry it out. Hopefully it won't take all week to dry it out. As long as the humidity is lower, it should dry out quickly.

DH is going to grill for dinner. Chicken and hot dogs.

Well, we finally have water!!! Can't wait to get a shower in a bit.

Had a wonderful dinner. DH grilled chicken thighs and hot dogs. Yummm!!! Had some fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden on top of my ff cottage cheese. If I get hungry later I'll have some yogurt. But I have a feeling I'll be going to bed at a decent hour tonight since I didn't sleep well last night.

I got all my BFFM stuff I am going to weigh tomorrow and Fri I might bounce from the carbs but I am eating all fish all week! I splurged and got fish for dinner every night, salmon, tuna, cod, tiliapia and shrimp 5 nights worth, I cooked and measured rice, quinoa, cous cous, I got 4 bags of spinach so while not totally Dukan parts of his diet is still incorporated! I found a trainer at the supplement store he coaches women on fat loss he has a talk on Saturdays he is going to email me I gave him my business card, going to see what happens with the weight, going to eat well and exercise even harder! Poured all day so didnt get to run, Tuesday I am come heck or high water, LOL

Will let you know what I weigh tomorrow, I was sort of a failure this week, but I feel like my head is in the right place now and I cant fight my body, it is just not giving it up.

Amber: your never a failure if you keep trying. Failures give up.

Your idea for all of us to go on "attack" has brought us all closer. We needed that. Thank you.Its been a good week we all learned more about our selves and this diet.

I, for one, am going to cont w/attack for 1 more day then on to PV.

Bon Ton Roule !!

Exactly, I am glad this experiment is helping, I have not weighed and I am still eating low fat with a few exceptions, LOL So I am glad it kept us talking which is good!!! This week is going to be better, somehow I gotta muster the energy for even more exercise, ughghg that is the ticket, I read that each pound of muscle you build burns 50 calories, I need to be 300 pounds of rock hard muscle, LOL

206.2

WTH?????????????????

OMG I almost died this morning, I had to weight like 20 times, then Tony came in and I was 206 with wet hair, LOL He was shocked too!!!!

So last Monday I was 212.4, I managed to get 6 pounds off with 3 pounds of virgin weight loss!!!!! I bow to Dukie, lower fat is the way to go, I am going to stick to my BFFM plan but making sure it stays very low fat, I think all the fish this week will help!!!

So girls I was feeling so bummed, I think it was the group effort that pulled those pounds off me!!!!! Love you all !!!!!

Amber I am so happy for you!!!!! Doesn't it feel amazing!!!!??? I think sitting around and waiting for a stall to pass is so hard. Makes us want to give up but hanging in there we eventually see results

My weight is the same today. I had hoped to be in the 100's after attack but alas it is not to be. I will start back on PV tomorrow.

I worked all weekend and did horrible. I'm back up and back on a PP day. I kinda feel like I'm flopping around with no true direction. Lots of water today and I plan on working out since I haven't in the last few days.
