Well, I had some cheese off the top of a piece of pizza but that's it! Not too bad. I'm not going to complain.

lunch: chix leg quarter
snack: turkey pepperoni
dinner: munched on some chix while fixing dinner for dh; scrambled eggs w/cream cheese, chicken and salsa
snack: if I'm hungry later I'll have my yogurt/oat bran mix

So I made today a PV day ,but it looks like tomorrow I have a birthday dinner so that will be a PV day and Saturday I work out of town. I'm thinking it will be several PV days in a row ,but I guess next week I will be doing a mini attack again.

Great job on the pizza ladies!

I drank enough water for both of us Becky!! lol. I think I drank over a gallon today plus about 1/2 gallon of diet soda. Good news is that I didn't eat as much today. Hopefully tomorrow my weight will be back down to 210-11. then I can start anew and get down below 210 before my Monday weigh in!

Just making up my shopping list and checking it twice!! lol

Amber I'm having the same trouble this week. I really need to make sure I'm eating my yogurt/oat bran mix. The creaminess seemed to help before.

I ate. \
2 scrambled eggs with a touch of WW cheese
I then ate my grandaughters w/o the chees
3 meatballs ,chicken breast and yogurt at work
Came home to pizza and wings which I didn't touch, but I ate 2 poppers before I realized I wasn't suppose to have them.
I am now eating a yougurt and off to bed.
Tomorrow I have the grandkids from6:30 to 4 then work from 4pm til 7 am sat. I hope I can get through staying on track.. Dh grilled a bunch of chicken for me. That should help.
Well nite ALL it is almost 12am.

weight was the same this morning. Still no luck on catching up on sleep. I am working 55 hours this week and next and my next day off is the 21st... hopefully I can sneak in a few naps at some point.

Rant for the morning:
So my coworker who is also on Dukan brings me a large diet coke this morning ( yeah) excited about that and chickfila chicken nuggets with honey mustard. 1) I didn't even know you could get that in the morning 2) She tells me its ok we can these becuase I am having them.... Um I think I missed the chapter in the book that says you can eat what your friend tells you is ok. 3) She tells me honey msutard doesn't have much sugar it is 1/2 mustard..... yes and half HONEY. Lol .... so although is was super nice of her to bring me goodies I am trying to figure out how to sneak them into the fridge so she won't see them and my hubby can enjoy them for dinner. I stuggle enough not to eat bad and don't need help. Did get through yesterday without cheating.... well besides turning it into a PV day.

Phaedra- yeah for hte walk. That does sound like a good day!

Spyder thanks for the "go girl"!! Don't eat that crap! fried foods and sugar of any kind are a no-no. As my experience of yesterday proves.Tell that girl to read the book! or as you said hide the stuff !! Hang in there you ARE on the right track.

She has read the parts she wants to. and she still has lsot more weight than I have. ( She is also has more to drop so I understand that). yesterday she kept telling me to have a peice of chocolate and I would feel better. I missed that part also. hee hee.

She has done well on the diet and has adapted better eating skills to her way of life, but nuggets are not part of the plan.

Spyder- she sounds like me rationalizing, LOL Well the thing is, you are a skinny mini already which makes losing much harder, so if she has a lot of weight to lose it comes off quickly even making small changes to her probably unhealthy diet, is going to be netting her a loss, but being 250 versus 150 or so is a big difference, I used to cheat in the beginning on Atkins and still lose 6 or 7 pounds a week, what I wouldn't give for that!! but that means I would be 350 again and not wanting to go back there, but man it was exciting to see the scale move every single week, now this daily weighing just blows, I said I want going to weigh everyday and I have been for months, it makes me totally crazy! So fat today skim milk, protein shake and coffee w/ fat free creamer, it was donut day, 3 dozen homemade donuts, I steered clear, I am still mad I am not down to 209 again, so I thought what does it matter, but I know doing that will keep 209 further away, so I am staying strong!!!!I have a big picnic filled with bad food tomorrow night, so I gotta be careful!

yep just stay strong. Sounds liek we are both just trying to pick and choose wear we make poor eating choices. I know with my schedule recently the weekend is hard for me.
You are right though she can cheat and it won't show up or make her stagnate like it does me. If she stays on it though she will get to the point where she has to watch everything and has to workout to really see a difference. On a positive note though yesterday I put a dress on that I wore when DH and I started dating and it almost fit perfect. We have been together 11 years. Sometimes it is good to keep old things.

Good morning!! Well, I'm down almost 2 pounds from yesterday, but still 2 more to go to be below 210. Starting out good today. Mixed the banana cream ff yogurt with my strained yogurt and then added the oat bran and cinnamon. Good brunch!! Probably will munch on some pepperoni this afternoon. Dinner tonight is turkey bacon and eggs. We have dinner Friday night at my Grandma's, and they've making bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches. So I'm just going to take some eggs and make something for me.

Hang in there gals! You're doing great!!

Morning ladies..

Down another pound for a total of 7 so far since Monday. Hope I can make it through the weekend now

Yesterday I had:
B: skim milk latte, greek yogurt
L: tuna with Tbls of lite mayo, touch of onion and s/f pickle relish
D: pork loin chop, oat bran cookie
S: carb master yogurt
S: cottage cheese "pudding"

Spyder - that is nuts! It was nice of her to bring you stuff but WTH is she thinking? Good plan to hide them in the fridge . Hope she doesn't make a habit of this. Could you have told her you already had b'fast and weren't hungry? Then put in the fridge for "later" lol.

I just started this week on Dukan so a lot of water weight but sure feels good to be losing again. I had started back on lowcarb about 6 weeks ago but with not much success this time around so after seeing Becky's amazing losses I decided to give this a try!

LOL I am not sure I could resist all the temptations that are being thrown your way. I think it is easier for me not being in the workplace like most of you are. WTG and stay strong!
