I for one don't like the pumpkin soup though I love pumpkin! But many love it and I am weird when it comes to food so I'm probably the exception. I've seen a few others that didn't like it either though.

OMG you girls are so busy!! I miss so much!!

Purcy- awesome!!!! That is a great feeling!!!!

becky- walking, dreadmill, I see snowflakes in the sky!!! Dang girl you are going to be 199 by next week!!!! Keep it up you dont want to be skinny fat that is the worst,LOL

Shallots- you know Anthony Bourdain?- He says the difference between a good chef and a great chef is shallots, ever since then I buy them all the time, just cause I love him, he reminds me of my Tony in a bad boy way, LOL

Casino talk, Oh my I am getting excited!!!!

So I got my stitches out still no running for 5 days so here I sit no exercise, so TOny was suppose to grill all week, the darn grill dies, so in comes the meat, London Broil, real Beef I was so excited, and the potatos for the others and the corn on the cob, so we didnt eat til 7:00 OMG I thought I was going to eat my own arm!!!! I did have 2 chunks of watermelon waiting but that was not too bad, I had just plain old beef on my plate it was lean and very good!!!

So I am waiting for pudding time, LOL I love that pudding it is like the highlight of my day! Joanne I cant wait for you to OMG hot they are so delicious, hey I still didnt have my muffin yet!!!!

So no shows tonight, I hate TV but Gordo is an exception, when the kids are not here we go weeks without turning it on!

Tomorrow night trainer workout 90 minutes, ughghgg. Still no legs so my arms will be burning, I am praying for a drop tomorrow.

So another story, I come home and my 90 year old Gram is here with the kids, so she says there is a problem with the dishwasher, my son poured dawn in and turned it on, OMG suds everywhere!!!!! SO had to deal with that what a mess!!!!!!

Dawn in the dishwasher OMG!! Sounds like something from an I Love Lucy episode I keep almost buying a london broil but never have fixed it before. I got my new favorite, flat iron steak.

Made Joanne's italian hamburger mix tonight. Needed to use up the hamburger I had thawed. I put a whole small shallot in and didn't taste anything. Think I will keep it for raw use in salads and always use onion for cooking.

Today I didn't eat much. I just seldom feel hungry

hb egg
tuna w/the usual
Italian hamburger mix (has cottage cheese in it)
carb master yogurt

May have my Greek yogurt w/oat bran later.

I want to try the galette sometime but it doesn't sound very good. Anyone here like it?

Yeah the galette is good, but lets be real its a pancake!! LOL So it is a really small wrap, I like it sweet with splenda and cinnamon, but savory could be good, shallots are better for raw eating and salad dressing stuff where you dont want smelly onion breath!

I only had 1200 calories today, man you eat nothing!!!!! LOL

To me the galette seems like it would be more like a fried egg white with oat bran in it but I do have it up there on my list this week. Now if only I can remember to make it. I will do the splenda cinnamon for sure!

I like it, and use it as a small wrap. I put some different herbs in it along with some garlic powder. I have used sliced steak, chicken breast and ham with the lowest amt of fat I can find. The galette with some ham and mustard, makes a quick breakfast every now and then. My breakfast this morning was a galette with the egg salad I made.

I made the galette once with the cinnamon and sweetener, and spread some FF cream cheese on it ~ really didn't care for it.

I make the turkey meatballs.

I also made the goji oat bran muffins. I ate one shortly after I took them out of the oven, but I shouldn't have. I ate two very small pork chops, 2 little gherkins and a little bit of sliced onion and I was full. I think I was just too full to enjoy the muffin. I've got them in a storage bag and they are in the fridge.

I've got a couple of small cans of pumpkin and I think I just might try making the soup next week... reason being I have a taste for some pumpkin. I'd sub some lean turkey for the sausage and FF milk for the 1/2&1/2.

I've had it ~ it's been a long day.

Will catch up with everyone later in the day tomorrow; have a meeting to attend tomorrow morning so I won't be at the computer till noon or so.

There is a place by me that makes diet platters of CHinese, they steam the meat and veggies and then if you want sauce you can get it on the side, I always go chicken and shrimp and cabbage, onions, mushrooms and hot peppers with garlic sauce, man I love it, Sunday I am alone maybe I will get that!!!! LOL

SO I am feeling stokked, the weight is finally moving I really want to see some virgin weight loss, I am waiting for 208 that is when I am overweight, no longer obese!!! Yeah!!!

spyder I have found the scale is much nicer to me if I have had a good sleep. Sometimes I gain or stall on next I didn't sleep much. Hope you get some good rest tonight

Amber I am happy you are moving on down the road! I am 202.5 not much but a new number to start with I wonder if I am still obese. I will have to see if I can find a chart.

Phaedra UGH I was without a/c during some very hot days here and my bedroom was like a toaster oven!! Hope you can get it fixed soon.

redblack you have me thinking now I might try the galette savory.

Lenise hope all is well with you. Check in when you can

Hey all!! Haven't been on the computer in a while. Been busy here and unfortunately I haven't been sticking with plan. But I'm starting back on today. You gals are doing fantastic this week with the losses! Wish I could say the same! But so far so good today! And drinking lots of water too!

I'm going to working out in the yard with my mother this afternoon, so I'll be back on tonight! Hopefully with a good report!! I did do my 3 mile walk dvd today (45 min) so I'm good in that department!!

Catch ya later!

Hi ladies...

I am down one and a half today. Just to keep it all together, here is what I had yesterday

B: skim milk latte, greek yogurt w/oat bran
L: 2 eggs, scrambled and topped w/ a little salsa
D: grilled cod and a few shrimp (I liked it and I am not a seafood lover!)
S: cottage cheese
S: carbmaster yogurt

Congrats to all the losers

spyder: hang in girl...lack of sleep can definitely mess with the scale

Thanks. I had a spinach salad with Shrimp for lunch. 3 days of attack is not too bad. it was veggies or the cupcake shop down the street. hee hee. Also one of the Docotr's office we work with called and they are sending the icecream truck to our office for us to pick out some treats. REALLY? Thanks ,but the sound of the truck makes the little chubby kid inside of me jump for joy. Already decided though I'm going to pick out something really yummy and put it in the office freezer my husband sdeserves a treat for all the laundry he has been doing.
