Whole milk greek yogurt fast

I am on day 2 of 15, I do a yearly master cleanse of at least 10 days, so I am not expecting any issues.
I did have to eat some of my ghost pepper salt last nite to curb my hunger.
Hunger may be more of an issue with this than the master cleanse because digestion does not cease, will have to wait and see.
I'll update progress as it goes.

Very interesting, so all your eating is full fat Greek yogurt?
Are you doing it for the 15 days? How many cups a day do you eat?

I have a hard time finding the full fat.

Greek yogurt fast

I am eating mostly wallaby organic and about 6-7 containers a day and some fruit, staying around 750 calories a day. I have already lost 1.2 lbs and 1/2 inch on my waste.
I have several tubs of Horizon for the weekend, it's not greek but it's good;

Full 15 days, usually do a 10-15 day master cleanse, thought I would try something different.

I would imagine this would be very good for gut bacteria. How may oz are in the
containers and are the sweetened or unsweetened? Carbs per container?

Can't wait to see how you do. I don't know if I could only eat only 750 calories
a day. I don't know what you weigh but for me at my weight I would be hungry.

They cost about a $1.50 each, the Horizons is $3 for almost a quart.

weight

I weigh 178 and I am a 6' 2" male, I am used to the master cleanse, so hunger can be put off with chili, I use my chili salts or raw chilis.
I grow the 5 hottest peppers in the world and make salsa with them.
Hunger is a state of mind, starvation is a state of health, I can easily ignore hunger.
For a lifestyle change try the Trim Healthy Mama, our whole congregation is using it.

Day 5, I don't know how buy I have not lost weight. 1.5" smaller waste, but no weight lose. I'll give until the tenth day and if I haven't lost any weight I'll end it and do a master cleanse later this year. Hunger was gone at the end of the 4th day.
Going to the Trim Healthy Mama plan for life.
I am a little frustrated.

Finally losing weight

I was down 3 pounds last night.

Weight came back

I haven't cheated once and have not dropped a pound or an inch, seventh day, very disappointed. I will go to the 10th day only because I already bought the yogurt. This fast does not work for my body, going back to master cleanse and starting trim happy mama lifestyle.

I've been using something similar to greek yogurt for 3 days now and lost 2,5 lbs. (just over 1 kg.). I've heard really good things about this fast, especially because it has low carbs, protein, some fat and friendly bacteria. That way you tend to lose less muscle and more fat. I made sure I had good multi-vitamins to go with this fast, water, some coffee and some bacterial supplements as well.
The best thing about this is that I have had zero cravings the last 2 nights (night #3 coming up now). I think I might incorporate this to my LC routine from now on... do this like once a month or so.

Oh yeah - and I'm measuring myself tomorrow morning, let's see how many cm's I've lost since last Friday - I can feel that my clothes are more baggy now than a week ago
I'll post that update tomorrow.
