Wt today=182 no loss but no gain so I WIN!!

Made the muffins(only makes 6) on the Dukan recipe forum and they were excellent.
Walked 1 mile and worked out for 30 min.

Think I'll stay on Attack for one more day.As i feel fine and really want a loss.
Are we allowed to use Smuckers Sugar Free Jellies?
Hugs to all.

Same weight again. I am not surprised. After I lose a good amount I usaully sit for days on end at the same weight. Just have to wait it out!

Phaedra a lot of posters here do their own thing but I don't consider using s/f jellies myself at this point.

Cathy I remember now you asked about the low fat Laughing Cow. The wedges, right? I would eat one wedge with celery once or twice a week and see how I did with it. I haven't bought any doing this plan but I do really like it. I just try to eat very clean for the most part.

Lenise thinking about you and hope things get better soon

Whew. We had house guests over this past weekend, and I did 4 protein-vegetable days in a row so that I wouldn't have to talk about being on a diet. Now I'm doing 4 plain protein days to even it all out, and finally, this morning, the scale is back to Friday's weight. 1 more protein day to go.

Cloaz, Congratulations on your 1-hour walk!

This is the best thread I've seen on adding a ticker, plus Cheri offers to do it for you if you're having trouble:

down 2.5 today although I think I need a new scale - changes if I get off & right back on so not so sure if this is correct.

Made the galette different today - added 1 T wheat bran, 1/4 t baking powder, cinnamon & splenda then put it in the waffle iron - yummy!!!

It can be the yeast you get at the health food store maybe? Let us know if you find out- when they say popcorn cauliflower, meaning, similar to popcorn shrimp?

Phaedra, try mixing ff cream cheese w/cinnamon & splenda to top the pancake! Cottage cheese works also.
huh! I have been using the olive oil butter spray on my pancake with SF syrup- that is a no no????

Down another pound today. Yippy!

Last day on attack and mine glad.Feel the call of some veggies.

Think I'll try one teaspoon of the jelly and see what happens. The 5 carbs is for a tablespoon.

Purrcys mom: glad you'r a cat love and here hoping those scales move down for you. Won't it be grand to not have to ever diet again, once we reach Stablization.I've been on many diets but this is the only one to say there is an end.One PP day a week is a small price to pay

Keep truckin' sisters the end is in sight.

I am confused as to why Dukan says not to use the Raspberry 1 as the nutrition facts are exactly the same - 5 calories & <1 carb. I haven't had diet soda in about 3 years.
MIO is great, just be careful because it stains. I drink 72 - 96 oz a day. That should be enough!
Haven't had much today 0 gallete w/ff cottage cheese & a can of tuna. Fish for dinner. We'll see what tomorrow brings - actually going out for dinner & planning on a salad w/grilled chicken.
Hi all, I love the MIO too. So much easier and less mesy thank the powder too. Wanted to ask: even on PP days, I still have a few leaves of lettuce with my evening dinner. Could this be what is killingmy loss? I am back up a pound and very dicouraged!

Well you stumped me with that one,

Nutritional yeast - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sounds like you can get it at any health food store, it does say to make sure you do not get brewer's yeast it is not that!

I dont think a little jelly will kill you, just know it could slow you down, sometimes you gotta enjoy what you are eating, and better that than some other crap!!!

yea, I found that yeast online too.

As for the jelly, someone else had asked me - I use the Walden Farms even though it's not allowed. Just 1 or 2 times a week a little mixed with ff cream cheese on the galette.

I was worried that eating more carbs would send me into a frenzy but it really hasnt, I feel really good, and last night I was able to do a good job with the trainer, I think there is huge difference with natural whole grain carbs versus processed junk. And Becky OMG yes it is discouraging to work so hard and not see a change!

Tonight I tackle the Dreadmill for running, this should be good! I never even walk on it, so I can just imagine flying off that!!! LOL
Hi Bejewelme- do you thinkt he dreamfields could be eaten now and then on this program too?

no veggies @ all on PP days - u can include the ff allowed dairy.

Cauliflower Popcorm
1 head cauliflower
1 T oil (tolerated)
salt (opt)
1 T nutritional yeast (more if desired)

NOTE: Other seasonings - smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, taco seasoning, garlic, onion, etc

Preheat oven 425. Chop cauliflower into small popcorn-sized pieces. Spread onto baking sheet - toss with oil and salt. Roast at 425 for 20 mins or less. Remove from oven and toss completely with nutritional yeast.

Becky, LOL!!!!! Sorry you lost----- you gotta save the action for Vegas!!!

Purcy- I think everything on every diet is YMMV, so if you really feel you need pasta try the Dreamfields a single portion, if you go up then it doesn't work! Like eating lettuce, is it allowed, no? Is Dukan gonna come and slap you upside the head??? No!!!!! Everything is a tweak, look at all the stuff on the LC board that is not really Atkins, but people eat it, this is the same, he limits fats, so you can get away with a few more carbs most coming from FF diary, 7 days of PP is sort of boring so if you add little things here and there to stay satisfied so be it, but that is me and I am a rebel For me sticking to low fat lean protein is what makes you lose on Dukan, so if you said can I add a pat of butter I would say no, but a few carbs? That is probably OK! For any diet or way of eating to last long term you have to find the limits you can add and still be content with! I know you get discouraged but look at Becky kicking major butt and she was sort of frustrated there for a spell it does catch up!

Amber but now I am not kicking butt and the wine will stall me:blush: I will be a cheap drunk in Vegas.... oh, wait the drinks are free.... how much cheaper can it get?

I agree. We ALL want to lose and want it NOW but it didn't come on in a few weeks and it won't leave easily either. A little s/f jam or a bit of Dreamsfield pasta did not get us where we are today Let's make a pack to all be here at the end of the year and see how far we have come

Indeed portion control and SF jam didn't get us where we are, and it does take time, it flew off so easily now I think I have lost 27 pounds in 4 months, that is slow!!

Amber-- you'r right and you ROCK.Its the fats that get us and if you don't satisfy that itch for sweet/starch occasionaly you ain't gonna stick with this diet.

Becky--Love your attitude ! I'll do my best to be with the "Pack"come Dec. 31st.I have 2 time shares in Vegas and truly enjoy gamblin' I set a limit on what I can lose and when thats gone I'm thru.If I win some, I stash half and keep going,Most times I end up even. Some much for my stratagy!!

Does anyone have a problem with being irritable? I've been doing this diet about 2 months and this week I feel off and my hubby has taken notice. ( Any suggestions?

Uh, could the TOM, or lack thereof, have anything to do with the irritability?

I take a really good multivitamin and believe that I feel better and my digestion has improved. I take 2 of the TwinLab Dualtabs daily. When I was going through pre-menopause, taking these vitamins would start my period, usually within a day.

maybe, I try to take a multi-vitamin ,but I don't always remember. I think the TOM or stress from work may have something to do with it ,but I just don't feel like myself. This is the longest I have went without cheating and I wonder if having something small would help.
