Hey girls I wanted to tell you about something that might be helpful, I order these capella flavor drops, you need like 1 or 2 drops max in a yogurt and zero carbs, calories or fat, I think netrition sells them, or their own page has lots of flavors, the bottles are small, but a little goes a long way, I just put 2 squirts of the fudge brownie in a yogurt and a drop of ezsweetz and man does that taste good!!!!!

Wow! Thanks for this. Always looking for ways to improve on the plain yogurt. I have been using MiO liquid water enhancer in my non fat greek yogurt and it is so good!

I love these bottles they are so tiny you can carry a variety in your purse I kept forgetting to put them in, and one drop is powerful, they have some great flavors I use them a lot! Easier than the big bottles of syrups. I have not loved the mio, my son does and it makes him drink more water so I buy them for him. I love plain water, I guess I just got used to it, it s the only ting that quenches my thirst

Hi everyone!

I have just been thinking alot about the talk of carbs. I know alot of us are coming from atkins and carbs are one of the no no's. Its hard to wrap your mind around eating them. I know it can cause some anxiety. I use the dairy more as a dessert to my meal. He mentions that its important to eat enough lean meats to feel full.

My hungry day yesterday turned into a small loss!!

Nope so far so good, love that I can drink milk even if it is skim, and the yogurt and now the FF frozen yogurt as long as I use good portion control, I had about 4 spoonfuls and savored each bite!!!!

starting the cruise today. Kinda worried about how it will work since I really like the results of the attack. I'm thinking a salad for lunch. Does anyone use a good sugar free dressing or what do yall use?

I think that's why it might be important not to count anything at the beginning. Especially if you've done atkins or something similar. It can be a bit daunting to think about those carbs in the yogurt!! Congrats on the weight loss!

Way to go!!!! You'll really enjoy that salad when you start cruise!!

I'm down another .2 this morning. Almost 12 pounds gone!!

Going to running around today so I'm sticking meatballs and sauce in the crockpot today. Family will have meatball subs tonight and I'll just have my meatballs and sauce. Plus I have a nice salad made already!! If you can't tell, today is a PV day!!

Congrats! We can have sauce on a PV day? Is there a certain kind? I know this is not rocket science ,but I'm worried I'm going to eat the wrong thing.

I am curious to see how cruise days look as far as eating, boy having sauce and stuff sure will be nice!!!! I get great chicken meatballs at BJ's low fat and delicious I love them almost better than regular beef ones, so I am looking forward to them for sure!!!!

It is almost lunch time and I am not starving, I splurged and got myself some boiled shrimp last night, so it takes a while to eat and very low fat and high protein, I am so sick of that pork tenderloin now and chicken breasts, LOL

Lenise- you are doing super!!! WOW if I am down 12 pounds that quickly I will be shocked!!!! You go girl this diet is agreeing with you!!!!

But...As a lifetime calorie counter/pre-"Atkins" high protein and fat dieter, I am loving the Dukan way of not faffing about counting calories or calculating fat or carbohydrate or protein. So much more enjoyable not weighing, measuring or calculating food as if it were medicine.

Food as sociable, nourishing and enjoyable! So French.

The friend who recommended Dr Dukan emailed me today - she lost her weight six months ago, did consolidation and stabilisation - and has not put any weight back on, remembering to do one PP day /week. She is often asked out for luxury business lunches and dinners, so she is very very pleased!

I have started the Cruise Phase. Some asparagus, broccoli and tomato felt like a real treat!

WOW that is great about your friend, makes me hopeful, I am just so used to writing everything down, and I think it is good for me to see the differences to measure the success, as with anything new its hard to accept, but so far so good I am more than pleased!

I have been going back and forth with monitoring calories. I have kinda done a ball park here and there. I like the freedom but then again I want to know what I am doing right also and journalling is the best way.

Woohoo! That is great! Congrats! I know it seems crazy that you can lose this kind of weight eating yogurt and skim milk, but it really works! I am down 8.8 lbs in 5 days. Just keep going girl!

The Dukan Facebook page for US has that Shirataki noodles are allowed during all phases. Has anyone used these and if so how?

I ate them before and found them so dreadful I would rather not eat them and they need fat to even be edible, LOL They stink to the heavens so you have to rinse them and then dry them out then I stir fried them in olive oil and lots of it and soy and they were still gross a weird texture but give it a go, I just cant imagine eating them not fried in lots of oil

The Quote about the friend was pulled from Miss Amaryllis. I thought it was fantastic and wanted to comment on it but I guess I didnt pull the entire quote.

I don't like skinny people. I especially don't like skinny people who eat anything and everything they want.

I just did a one hour spin class I worked so I hard I thought I was going to throw up. I'm going to hit the shower, lay on the couch, watch my soap and eat something. I'll probably be fast asleep before the first commercial break. But I feel fantastic!
