My dd, her bff and I are going to walk to the Diner for lunch. It's about a mile away, so I'll get my exercising in today. I'm glad it's nice and cool today!!

JKat: I haven't added in any veggies yet because Sun./Mon. I had some stupid stomach thing going on. I just layed around and slept. Problem was that I actually couldn't eat meat and so I ate yogurt and toast for two days, and gained a pound back. Back to Attack for rest of the week I guess! Are any of you just about to retch eating nothing but meat and dairy? I look at chicken and I'm not hungry. When I do add some veggies it will be tomato slices once a day. That can't be too bad!

Eating the meat didn't bother me. Of course, I would add dill pickles with my meat sometimes or salsa or cooked onions to give it a different taste. As long as you're eating those items as condiments and not main items, it adds something different. There have been a few times on my pp days during cruise that I think I just want something with my meat, but I just tell myself I can splurge on the next day!!

Today is a PV day for me. My dd and her bff walked to The Diner for lunch. Took us 22 minutes to get there. I had liver and onions for lunch. I was to get two sides, so I just told them two salads, which they put in a big bowl. I didn't use any dressing. The only thing that I forgot about until I was about a third of the way through the salad was that there was shredded cheese all mixed in. I ended up only being able to eat about 2/3 of the salad, so that wasn't too bad. The salad tasted delicious!!!

Tonight I'm making tacos for dinner, so I'll have a taco salad. Wish I had some ff sour cream, but I'll just do without for tonight. Just taco meat on a salad with some salsa on top. No cheese!!! Yikes, that will be a test!!

Make the muffins and buns from the recipe thread. The buns make a great sandwich. Do you eat eggs? There is an egg white omlette I eat all the time on the thread.

Down another pound today!! Yeah!!! Can't believe it. I got a pair of turquois capris on that I bought two years ago and only wore once or twice! Tried them on last week and couldn't get them buttoned (unless I wouldn't have cared about breathing!! lol).

Linda, that's hard when you're at work or out somewhere and you can't snack!! You can do it!!

That steak sounds good Amber. I really need to figure out something for dinner. We're going to be running all day and so far I have nothing planned. Yikes!!!

I hope you have a good loss then tomorrow spydermonkey!!

Have a wonderful day!!!

Helps with the leg cramps, wear dancer's leg warmers to bed. Also, there are some essential oils that help with muscle spasms, check at health food store. Potassium seems to have taken care of it for me, haven't had them for months, but it sure is painful.

amazinggrace, I have 2 more days to go. I never knew I would miss veggies this much, though. I've always loved veggies even as a kid. I would bribe my brothers to give me their veggies.

You can do it, dollkey!! And don't worry about not being down any today. On one day during Attack, I actually gained about 1/2 pound. But it came right back off.

It's definitely a journey!!

If any of yall use Facebook and looks at the Dukan US page they posted a recipe yesterday with those "noodles" I made it last night and it was yummy! I brought it for lunch so after I run to CVS to get my .99 cent 12 pack of diet pepsi it will be very filling for the rest of the day.

What is everyone doing for a Father's day meal? My dad is coming and it will be a PV day, but I don't want to make everything to bland for eveyone and I don't want steak. Thought about Tuna steaks, but we can't have seasame seeds can we?

Thanks spydermonkey!

I found a cool site mydukandiary.com

I made my version of the pancake. Can't find any FF yogurt or cream cheese so I used water and 1 tsp nonfat milk powder, added cinnamon and Splenda. It's yum. Might make this more.

Whatever works, dollkey!!! There are a lot of good recipe sites out there for dukan. Haven't had a chance to try much though. On facebook there is one called dukanitout that has lots of good recipes. Add .com to that and it'll take you to their main website.

Feel good tonight! Didn't overeat and ate on plan!!

Dollkey- you are so pretty!!! You are doing great!

So I am back on attack down to 221, ughg I need to get back under 220 for virgin weight loss, I am getting really sick of meat!!!! I am doing PP through the weekend then on Monday start the cruise phase, I am sort of a week behind since i had to restart!!!

I have had terrible Big D issues I thought it passed but not, so I am not feeling 100%, I have my appt with the new trainer to night at the gym, and it is my running night after, so I hope she spares me on the cardio, LOL

Love the picture dollkey!!!!

Okay, Jodi! Come back when you can!!! Are you still going to do Dukan, or back to regular lc? Have to do what's best for you!!

Bejewelme!! You can do this!! You did great those first couple of days!! Are you eating eggs and the ff diary items?? That breaks up the monotony. If it's really getting to you, just do a day of PV and then go back to PP for a few more. Don't burn yourself out!!!

I'm up .4 from yesterday. Not bad. I definitely feel thinner. When I get down to around 200 I think I'll really believe I'm losing weight. Right now it doesn't seem very real. Last year when I got sick I lost 15 pounds in 5 days and was down to 210. And that's the weight I had been at for quite a while. Can't wait to get below there!!!

Going to take my son to my Grandma's so he can cut the grass. Hopefully it won't rain. Going to run to the grocery store and pick up the items I want to store in her refrigerator beforehand. And I'm going to take my bookwork there and do it. Yeah right. I've been saying every day that I'm going to do it and haven't yet. I am weeks behind!! But I have to get bills sent out!! Yikes!!

Have a fantastic day!!

Yes I am eating eggs and FF dairy just getting tired of it, but I know it is working I am almost down to where I was last Friday, so I wasted a whole week! LOL But no worries I have to say this really works, I am just anxious to get going with the cruise phase and see how that goes!

I have been bouncing this 5 pounds around for going on 6 weeks, that is not acceptable, I have to get below 220 and keep on moving down, LOL
