So back on Attack, I am going to do it again the whole week and then start cruise, maybe I will end up below 220 that will make me happy!!! I was looking forward to some veggies, but oh well they will have to wait now!
I don't know if I'd do a whole week of attack again. You might be surprised that the weight you put on over the weekend will come off quickly. Lots of water weight!! Don't deprive yourself and end up splurging on something you really don't want.

I'm pretty sure in the USA book that we're allowed canned fish -- as long as it's packed in water. Anyone else know for sure??

I don't know if anyone on here is doing without dairy, but I'm sure it is doable. It's a real treat for me, but if you can't eat it, don't!

I'm only down a pound this past week, but I'll take it!!! I can see a bit of a difference this past week in my face and neck, my abdomen and my hips. So I'm losing inches even if the weight didn't come off as much this week.

I drained my yogurt last night. Haven't tried it yet to see if I like the consistency. But I thought while the store had the 32 oz containers on sale for $1.50 I'd try it. That way I can stock up before the end of the week. Just have to make sure the dates are okay. I just thought of something too. I can take some and keep it out at my Grandma's. She has an extra fridge that I could store a few containers since we don't have room in ours.

Have a great day!

Thanks for the recipe!

I ate bad last night, but I'm back on the wagon today. Still down a little, but I will need to drink TONS of water today.

I'm having a problem sticking to eating my bran... anyone else struggle with this?

Yes do the muffins and they are so easy to just pop and eat in the morning, I was not a big breakfast eater so that is a great way to start the day, I make six and they last all week.

Afeuntes- I think you will have an even better result without the dairy, but you better like meat and egg whites then, you are sort of limited on attack, have you tried those Ostrim meat sticks? Low fat and high protein and handy to drag around with you to the gym, the sodium is not quite as bad as say jerkey.

I am being good girls, I am really hoping some of this is carb bloat that drops off, but it was entirely my fault!!!

It's Martins Foods or it's called Giant in other areas. They had my fat free cream cheese on sale too. I don't eat that as fast, but maybe I should get an extra one to stock up.

I don't have any trouble with the oat bran. So far I'm still enjoying it in my yogurt for breakfast. Of course my breakfast normally isn't until 10 or so. One of these days I'll have to try some of the other ideas!

Thanks!! It's encouraging to see it! I hope I'm down some tomorrow. I will actually be able to go to bed at my normal time tonight and get up at my normal time. Our van is back from the shop so I don't have to get up and take dh to work. Last night I got less than four hours sleep, which I know affects my weight. Weird!!

Just relaxing tonight. Starting to get tired, but I want to stay up for a while!!

Its not in the book but I posted it on the recipe thread. You can modify the oat bran to fit whatever phase you are in. They are so good with coffee.

Well done - face, neck, tum and hips! You must be really pleased, amazinggrace! Has anybody else commented? It's so nice when one gets a spontaneous compliment!

I am sure I can see more of my jawline. I have a naturally chubby face... My nails are filed and polished now - it must be the high protein! They haven't looked so good in ages!

Yesterday, I squeezed into some jeans that never fitted me too well, and I must have lost weight around my tummy because, sure enough - good fit around the hips, loose at the waist. They might end up at a charity shop!

I've got out a beloved pair of white jeans from the depths of the wardrobe where my slim-young-mother-era clothes are. I loved those jeans! They are an American make for which I measured myself years ago and ordered from a catalogue. The measurement chart told me I should have a "low-rise" fitting, and for once, the waistband wasn't flapping about below my bust. The sizing also was a real surprise. Size 6!!! I wished I could have worn them with the label showing! In British sizing, slim me was a 10-12.

I find that garment sizing nowadays is baffling. "Vanity sizing" means that everything is cut much larger now, especially (and depressingly) allowing for a proportionally bigger waistline. Different manufacturers seem to use completely different standard measurements!

Anyway, Dr Dukan and I are happily powering forwards! I am 9st 8lbs (134lbs) and now have 10
more pounds to go!

It's lovely to read of all the Dukan successes here!

However, I suspect that my real challenge will be in the Consolidation phase...

Well done girls, size 6 is something!!!

I want to be measured in stones it sounds small, LOL

I dropped 2 pounds of my bloat on to day 2 again, I wasnt even hungry last night, Tony found me the fage FF yogurt it really wasnt any better than the chobani, sort of the same but it has more protein, so whatever is cheaper I will buy.

I need motivation another party potluck tonight I have to eat and take 2 huge water bottles to drink!!!

I'll quickly work it out in stones/pounds for you, so you can feel even smaller!

I've ran out of legal things to eat LOL There might be some leftover steak... How much nonfat dry milk powder can I have? Maybe I'll just have a glass of warm milk or something.

Hope you figure out something to curb your cravings, dollkey!!!

Great news bejewelme!! Hopefully the rest will come off quickly too!!! I tried straining my regular yogurt the other day and ate it yesterday for the first time. Definitely a different texture than the regular. I liked it, but nothing spectacular. Though I did notice that I didn't need to eat as much to fill me up with it being thicker and creamier.

I remember as a teenager (I weighed about 145) wearing size 12's and sometimes size 14's (needed a bigger size for the length!). Then when I lost weight about ten years ago (being about 175 then) I was wearing 14's and even a few 12's. It was crazy to me! Didn't realize until they how much they had changed the clothes, cause I know I can start with 14's when I'm in my 190's. Yikes!

I'm down 1.8 pounds from yesterday!!! I know that lack of sleep and different schedule was messing me up.

Stomach is starting to growl now, so I'd better go fix my morning yogurt mixture!

the dukan site said i would drop 2.58 during hte attack so I'm pretty happy with the 6 lbs total.

Just stay strong this is the hard part once you get past this it will be much easier!

Boil some eggs so you have something to eat if you get hungry.

YUM! I just had a spinach turkey burger with cottage cheese and salsa on top. It was so good, I think I'll have the same thing for dinner.

I don't want to jinx myself but the scale finally moved yesterday, I hope it holds for Sunday weigh in.
