great job! and welcome!

well I made the bbq sauce and set some aside for my PV days. Today is a PV and I've eaten good ,but tonight we have a get together and I'm going to try my best to be good. It is far from a perfect "dukan" dish ,but I have to bring a sweet and hot item for it. I made chocolate PB ooey gooey bars that I can't eat and have meatballs in the crockpot with the BBQ sauce ,but I did add a jar of sugar free orange marmalade to it. It will atleast be low sugar.

It was a year ago this weekend that I came home from the hospital after being in hospitals/nursing home for a little over two months!! At that point I was only able to walk using a walker.

And today I did my walk away the pounds w/weights dvd -- the 3 mile walk!!!!!! Big improvement in a year!! Yahoo!!! Felt great!! Though I'm a little hot now. Sitting in front of the fan to cool off.

DH is going to grill this evening --a roast, burgers and hot dogs. I have my beefy veggie chili in the crock pot and I'm going to make a nice big salad.

Enjoy your evening!!!

lol. Walking away!! And thankful for every minute. There was another lady locally that went through a similar situation I did and she ended up paralyzed from the waist down. So I'm VERY thankful that I am able to walk. Might not be able to run, but I can walk!!!

You can do it!! Look how great you did just on the first few days!!! I have a feeling I ate a little much today, even though it was all on plan. I don't know if I'll be down at all, but I'm happy with the way I ate this weekend!

Hello everyone! Restart #3. Ugh!

I'm gonna poach some eggs. Is it good to poach a few at a time and reheat or better to eat fresh from cooking?

Then I'm gonna steam some chicken. We also have Schublig sausages that are awesome. Looking forward to Attack. I've been a bad bad girl.

I've never had them or made them. But I watched a video. She used vinegar and it looked simple. I didn't have white vinegar and used red vinegar instead. It wasn't perfect poached eggs but practice makes perfect, right?

Had my oat bran hot cereal and 2 poached eggs and 22 oz water for breakfast. Bring on the Attack!

The scale is not moving! I too do not see reaching goal by mid July....

I am having a problem with what rotation of cruise to stick to. I just can not get an alteration that I like.

Thanks JKat. I hope you figure out your PP/PV days. I think I'm gonna do 1/1 so it's easy to plan for.

For lunch I had 2 steamed chicken breasts and 24 oz water.

I've been wanting something sweet, can I have gelatin during Attack? Like make my own sugar free jello. If not, I guess nonfat milk it is.

I had thought about this way ,but ended up doing the 1/1. I would try it that way you can always switch if you have any problems.

How do you make your own jello? I have had SF jello during attack and I believe it is fine.

Ugh girls, I was 225.5 exactly what I weighed last Monday, all that hard work gone, but like Tony tried to reassure me, I didn't eat 20,000 calories in one day so it is probably fluid, but I drank I found bathrooms, I woke up and drank a whole quart of Evian before we even went to Breakfast, ughggh! So back on Attack, I am going to do it again the whole week and then start cruise, maybe I will end up below 220 that will make me happy!!! I was looking forward to some veggies, but oh well they will have to wait now!

Maybe you should just consider sticking with it. Through reading I think it is normal during cruise to have some time like this and then BAM it shows on the scale. Just my two cents

Hi there, a newbie here!

I've done Atkins in the past and it worked but (and how many times have you heard this?) I've put all the weight back on inside 8 months.

I'm going to try Dukan this time and I'm looking for support.

One thing puzzles me; why is canned fish not allowed?

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

All the best
Harry

I just use Knox unflavored gelatin and SF KoolAid, maybe add Splenda.
