PP compared to Eat Fat Lose Fat

I've been doing lots of reading and feel like I have a good grasp on differences between PP and Atkins, South Beach and Zone but really not sure about Eat Fat Get Thin. Is anyone able (and willing ) to give me a quick summary / comparison (I'm debating which would be better for me)

Thanks in advance!

I don't know - I've never heard of it before. Why are you still searching for a plan? Is there something about the ones listed that keeps you looking? (just curious bc maybe you could tweak your favorite one to suit you...

I would LOVE to hear you summary of the differences in the diets! I have been reading "a little" but I seem to be getting more and more confused. Which one is working best for you?
