Guys, I am on day 15, I am hungry and I walked about 4 miles on Sunday. Also I am not seeing the scale moving that much since Friday. I carb up on this past Saturday so maybe that is why? Do I have to wait until week 5 and 6 to see some significant weight loss?

Man this deplete is hard.I had a headache all last night and of course I had to get up and pee about 3 times through the night.Wouldn;t you think that this would leave such an impression that I wouldn;t ever want to have to do this again.Day 2

Well, I got sick and fell off the diet. A bad cold, sinus pressure, headaches and body aches. I am still feeling awful but I am getting better. Do I need to do deplete again once I get better or where do I start from? Please advise.
Also, is anyone interested in starting Callanetics with me? Everyone says the results are amazing! I just bought the DVD and I am also reading the book. |

I tried this when it first came out but did not really get involved long. I think I have a vhs of it, of my own at my dtr's house and will look for it. Darn it, it is copywrited so I could not make a copy. I will try the exercises again. |

I admit I weigh myself more than recommended, but that is the way I keep myself on track. A gain of 2 or 3 pounds does not discourage me, when I know I am following the woe. I just determine it is fat turning to fluid and that I will lose that. I also really think the protein drinks help keep me away from things I should not eat. The caramel toffee fudge drink is delicious and is for sale at the site at the top of this page.(is that mention allowed?) This morning I am down to the weight in my current middle statistic in my profile. Gees, that took a while to get back to. Now, to start downward again. |

Hello!
Read "Crack the Fat Loss Code" last week, and started the plan this morning. No problems for week one because I've done plenty straight Atkins! (Know the foods and choices). Different in eating so many times a day, and specifically so much protein, but I got it down. My problem is the book didn't say ANYTHING about what kind of exercise you should be doing. I threw in a Biggest Loser DVD this morning, just cuz I knew it focused on aerobic AND strength training. Am I missing a book or link or something to the recommended exercises? Thanks! Sandy |
