Hey there again Mauidwoman. I'm searching the boards too, looking for someone to be a buddy in my weight loss journey with this plan. I left a post with your other message as well, so hopefully you'll get one or the other. I have some really great excel sheets for this program for each of the different days, B,C,D, etc. that I would be happy to share if you like.

Hello don't think anyone does this anymore lol. I am still maintaining my weight loss from this program. I will be happy to buddy up with you if that will help you.

I just picked up the book yesterday from the library. I would love to chat about the program. I am excited because it seems no matter what I do, I lose steam. Especially when I try to do low carb for an extended amount of time. I lose energy and then motivation. Hopefully this program will keep me from adapting to what I am doing. I am just no good at sticking with anything that saps my energy. Life is too short.

mcjful, did you lose all your weight on this program? do you still practice the principles?

Well, it looks like there aren't very many people on this thread anymore, but I am back! Four years ago, I lost 58 lbs on Conquer, and kept most of it off for about 2 years. Then I had a really bad year and a half, and after gaining back over 50, I'm finally back on track. After few false starts, I am now 6 weeks in and down 18 again. I am finally starting to feel confident about being able to do this again (hopefully for the last time!!).
So, to the recent newbies, Yes! this plan works. It is the only one that I have tried that I was able to stick to. Hopefully, you don't have the relapse that I did and have to do it all over again.
Maybe there are a few others out there that have been quiet for a few years. Would love to hear from you!
