Here's the rules:

Everyday start with a fresh attitude and pick a diet for that day. It can be anything that works for you.

Simplicity is the name of the game.

No condemnation for the past failures.

Keep a positive attitude.

Everyday is a New Day and a New Start.

hey Frances, I have not seen you around lately. I am doing juddd
so I am on a diet ever other day. Its great.It helped me take the stress
out of dieting. If you want visit our thread we have alot of nice

Hi Dasiey,
I will pop over to Juddd and see you. I came very close to just doing the Juddd. Then I realized how I would only do that a while then quit. So it is best for me to do it this way. I'm just gonna start fresh each day and say what diet today Frances,,,,you must pick one. Well today I am doing meat and veggies and trying to have a good first day.

Well I can officially report a 2 pound loss. Here's the neat thing. My new day starts at 12:00 midnight. Night eating is allowed. I snacked at night and still lost 2 pounds.


So anyway, today is a calorie counting day. I only get 800 more calories since I ate about 700 last night.

Tonights dinner will be Italian. But I'm going to use mainly low carb.

Hi Daisy what's your plan today? R u off or on diet?

I am on 450 calories or less. Today I am having turkey bacon and egg beaters.
on my uds I try to stay around 1700.

Congrats on the 2 lbs. off.

Last night was a pig out. I started with good intentions(like so often) then the slide into gluttony.

New Day today! I'm gonna try not to eat as long as I can and since I will be hungry later, to eat just 1200 calories. Granted 1200 calories at one meal may be alot,,,,so I may just break it into two. So I guess todays diet is a IMF. That should help with the damage I did last night!

I started at 159. I am now at 142. Trying to get to 135.
But i eat to much on my uds more times then not so trying
to get more strict.
I am now counting calories even on uds. i get 170.

Thats what I do when I over eat. I fast until at least 2pm sometimes longer.

Wow Daisy,
You are close to goal!

1700 is a very reasonable goal for off days. Afterall we must learn how to eat when we reach goal.

Today i'm doing just meat and lowcarb veggies. That's easy. This morning I weighed 178, which is nice since i went off so much a night ago.

I told myself not long ago. I can only do this one day at a time.
But I do need several and I do mean several good days in a row.

Hi Daisy,
Did girl win all day over the pie? What about today?

Well for me today we had leftovers on the chicken,,,,so I ate a breast and a leg and a roll and a cup of rice mixture I made for a total of 1200 calories for today.

I just didn't want to look up the calories on the chicken,,,,so I did today and I was surprised to see 525 for the breast and 159 for the leg....Wow,,,,178 for the roll, but I added some butter (of course).

Well I just need to stop eating today,,,,

I;m around 1300 calories today. And I am done for today.
No Pie. My husband said the apples were tough that made
it easier.

husbands sometimes lie to help us resist. Today was reasonable eating day. I don't know quite how many calories, but not to bad....

Tomorrow will be 5 to 6 mini meals......

Hi.

Im also doing Judd.But I just restarted Feb8
I have 35lbs to loose.
My big thing I have to do is stop Drinking Diet pop.Or limit to 1-2 .
My calaries on a dd 500 or less. But going to try today to take down to 250 or lower and see how that does.
ud. are 1200.
I might even try carb counting and see how that does.
But I like healthy carbs. like veggs. fruit.and those are higher carbs.
I like Greek yogut too.
I have not had those ff hot dogs. take care.

Kind try the hebrew nationals, or oscar meier ff hotdogs. both are pretty good.
their are lots of lc veggies out there also lettuce, spinach, green beans, cauliflower and broc. to name a few.
Green peppers mushrooms. you will just have to check it out.

Yes I eat all those veggs.Went out today was going to do a dd but instead went for md.<Which I dont do often. Friday a dd.
I made wild salmon{ 4oz. serveing with brown rice and a salad.. i had 1/2c brown rice.{ which i dont eat often..
Today for lunch had soup and 1 baby bell{Light cheese.
So Im done today.or maybe a yougrt,I love the Greek kind.
I will try those hot dogs.Was thinking of you when I went to store and I saw> Jenny O turkey and sausage patties> 2 patties 100 cals. 5 grams fat but I will cook on g. Forman grill. and have that with Egg beaters for a low meal.{ Down the road.
