Down a little under a pound this morning. I probably wont be able to weigh after today until Monday so I am going to try and keep my eating clean! Only need to lose .8/lb for tommorow and I have hit my goal of 10lbs in 12 days

Not eating only eggs today, so hopefully I won't gain.

So I over did it on the liquour and food this weekend, but I know it wont take long to get off. Still shooting for my goal of 14.5 more pounds by April 14th. So back to Egging! I found some Egg white protein powder at GNC that I will mix with some unsweetened almond milk 1x daily just to mix up my food intake. It wasnt that bad this morning, slightly sweet and a little thick. Good breakfast foods.

worked the Gun and Knife show
(we sell pocketknives and Katana swords
did good on Sat packed my food drank water and DDrP
Sunday
DH and DD went with me (disaster)
didn't know they were going to stay and I only packed a few snacks
after the show was over we were all starving!!
ended up at brick oven pizza
todays weight 208.4 again

I'm up in weight as well this weekend, but am getting right back on the bus. Dont worry we all fall off sometimes! Hopefully we can lose it as quickly as we gained

Loved reading your posts Mad4chillas...very inspiring! I'm going to try the M/E fast. I've been doing low carb with some IF days. I've lost almost 20 pds since Feb but it has slowed. This month I've stayed the same but I did take a week off after Easter. I've also been sneaking in too many nuts and cheese again! I started going to a boot camp this week so that with M/E should give me a boost! I'll let you know how it goes! Congrats on your great loss!

Thanks Krissy! I have been able to maintain my loss, and now I might go back to Meat & Egging for a while, I find its a really easy and thoughtless WOE which I need at the moment. I tend to overdo nuts and dairy as well when I LC so its nice to 'eat clean' for a while and see those losses

-2 Cups Coffee W-1 Splenda & 2 Tbsp. SF Creamer
-20 Oz. Water (I was thirsty!)
L:
-1 Egg White Protein Shake (1 Scoop Egg White PP + 12 Oz. SF Almond Milk + Ice)
-2 Oz. Diet Pepsi
-40 Oz. Water
D:
-2/3 Eggs Scrambled W-1 Tbsp. Butter & 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
-20 Oz. Crystal Light Lemonade

I started a Meat and Egg fast yesterday. I'm not sure if this is truly "healthy" or "correct" but I'm also doing JUDDD.

Yesterday I ate:

4 HB Eggs w/Hot Sauce
2tbs HWC in my decaf coffee
1.5oz Chicken Leg Meat

Today:

B: 3 Fried Eggs, 3 Sausage and 1tbs Feta Dressing
L: 3 Egg Salad, 2tbs Mayo, dash of Franks
D: 4.5oz Smoked Turkey w/Yellow Mustard

Beings that I'm doing JUDDD as well, and today is an UD, I have to eat almost 1000 more calories today. Maybe grill up a steak and have it with butter? IDK yet.

How does this look so far? Every other day I change how many calories I consume. 450/2000

eggs in some form or fashion

(at work) broth based soup
supper
whatever I fix for DH but portion controled with my Sonoma diet plate
its a 9" plastic plate divided into 3 sections like a picnic paper plate
you but your salad or greenies in the large section, and your meat and starch (whole grains) in the little sections with a 2" bowl for fruit or desert

Day 3 of 5 :
I dropped 1 lb

I admire those who can do eggs only. I need my meat. Monday I only ate eggs and was very weak. On Tueasday and Wednesday I added meat and I am much better. I will try to stick with this for 2 more days. Although I am really craving some salad.
