Good Morning!!

I just finished a three day egg fast seems like it should be called a feast to me 13/14 eggs a day certainly doesn't feel like a fast!! You can find it here: THREE DAY EGG FAST

Long story short 8.7lbs gone in three days. Sure I understand some was water. I'm expecting a gain. I really kept my calories up, afraid of losing hard earned muscle.

Excited to see what a meat and egg fast or feast will do for me!! Off the fire up the grill now, grass fed beef!!

Wow Piknik that's great!!!!!! Your firing up the grill at 8 am?? My neighbors wouldn't think twice if I did that though!

I ate 2 of the 3 pork chops last night. Around 11:30 I was hungry so I grabbed a handful of..................cauliflower! Better than chips or chocolate!

Well I will weigh this morning.I like to do it after I "go" which normally isn't till I get some coffee in me! I am drinking my Island Coconut coffee with 1 Tbs CO, 2Tbs heavy cream and Splenda.

I browned my roast this morning and it's now in the crock pot. For dinner my mom wants roast (my dad will be buying a separate one) and potatoes. Not sure what I will have in place of those. Im sure I have some kind of veggie I can make a little of. They are planning on having strawberry shortcake for dessert yikes! Maybe Ill grab a scoop of strawberries (unless my dad already coated them with sugar ) and will make some whipped cream with my ISI Whipper.

Our grass cutters didnt come yesterday My poor dog is getting lost in the yard! I think I'm going to have to run the mower just in the small part that she normally goes in. My wrists will not be happy at all. I wish my dad would just break down and buy a riding mower!!

Hi, PIKNIK. Your menu for yesterday looks scrumptious!

B: Grass-fed ground beef w/ chives, savory, and black pepper, cooked in pastured butter.
L: More of that beef, and probably raw celery or raw turnip pieces
S: ? (Will post later, perhaps eggs or fish)

Water: at least ten glasses.

Best wishes to all for clean eating and a happy day.

Good morning ladies!!!!

My roast is great had it in the slow cooker on high for about 4 hours then low for another 4. We actually added in what was left from the one my dad bought for dinner because mine has onion, garlic and celery seed, and my mom doesn't do onion and garlic. The one they made for dinner was a little tough so now it is nice and moist and falls apart!

Piknik....what are coconut aminos? I thought I heard of all coconut things! lol

Auntie Em....you eat raw turnips? What do they taste like raw? I have thrown them in with roasts before and liked them.

Having my coffee with CO in this morning. Don't have much of an appetite this morning. Felt sick during the night.

I am taking, of course, roast for lunch and am making an egg cream to take. I have a shaker bottle but I can't put cream cheese and coconut flakes in there and have them chopped up well. So I will do it in the blender and put it in the shaker to mix up when I want it.

Hi, Shari. Hope you are feeling better.

Raw turnips are mild. I don't know how to describe the flavor. They have a nice, clean crunch. I prefer them raw, to eating them cooked. When they are cooked, they are sweeter.

Finally jumped on the scale. 221.2. Tom is also here. Very light for the past 6 days. Oddly on BC it is goofy! So we will see if I can get a few good clean days in and what happens.

Hi!
I've been on mostly eggs before...really love them. Long story short, after losing over 100 pounds, I've gained back 30. I want to get a jump start into losing again by doing an eggfast. I want to lose as much as possible in the next month. I need to take the load off my feet!

Good Morning Shari

Just try again right away You can do this!! Maybe no so low CO all the time. Remember when you stepped on the scale this morning , a lot of that was water weight from the high CO food. You will lose by drinking tons of water
