Six Week Body Makeover - anyone doing it?

Just wondering if anyone on here is doing the Six Week Body Makeover plan? I have followed it on and off for 7 years. Have filmed 3 of their infomercials and enjoyed the eating style. Looking for new buddies!!

I bought it several years ago, and never followed through with it, and gave it away. I wish I would have kept it now, I think I passed on it too quickly.

Just wondered how you are doing on SWBMO plan. I have mine and maybe should get it out after the holiday.

I started the program Feb. 1, 2002 and lost almost 100 lbs on the program. I have largely followed that eating style ever since. In Dec. 2005 I had my thyroid removed due to cancer and unfortunately it caused a gain of about 20 lbs or so...So I still battle the weight demons trying to get the last 20 lbs gone again..

I highly recommend the program as its good sensible eating and exercise. No pills, drops or shakes to buy. Just good clean food.

Get your program out and start...the only thing you have to lose is...WEIGHT! LOL

Hi all if you're short on cash and can't afford the kit right now you can buy the book 6 day make over by Micheal Thurmond its the same as the kit has the blue print questions in it and after the 6 days it has more info on what to do it tells u what kind of exercise to do.Just dosn't come with all the bells and whistles and about 15 bucks at any book store probably cheaper on amazon
