Hi all!
Been away this long weekend, but managed to stick to the diet just fine!
Just 7 more pounds and I go into consolidation, woohoo!
I have an extremely important project at work at the mo, but when I get a moment time I will post the rules of consolidation for you all!

So now a total of 12bs lost in three weeks, I still cannot believe how painless this whole process has been so far!
Still feeling good, and still have good energy. Manage to get my walks in, and spend three times a week in the gym, once a week doing heavy lifting for body and muscle sculpting and twice a week I do circuit training. Seems to work for me, I have lost a size already and my shoulders are looking pretty good!
I may try and take a break after all my business and fun travelling in the next six weeks... Maybe do a T-tapp 14 day bootcamp somewhere at the end of June if I can manage it!

Great job, Mimosa!

I need to follow your example! My trainer said I indulge far too much during the weekends.

Morning all!

Sounds like everyone is trucking right along! I'm down another 0.8lbs from Friday. I've been eating fattier meats the past few days than Dukan so I'm not really doing it I guess. However, I am sticking to alternating pure protein and protein/veggies days. I'm eating mainly chicken and lean beef but have had some bacon and ribeye this weekend too. The key to me is avoiding salad dressings, mayo, cheese, coconut oil, etc. By cutting out all the extras and eating JUST meat and low to moderate veggies (save for the occasional yogurt) I'm humming right along.

Hmmm...my trainer wants to tweak the Dukan by adding a whey protein drink instead of hard boiled egg. I'm giving this a shot this week.

Morning all!

Another day, I am on PV today, having a lovely salmon and courgette dish for lunch, dinner is not decided yet, but I have some kangaroo and bison that needs to be eaten, so I guess it will be either with some tomatoes!

I am doing a new gym routine and my body is feeling it! Wow, I am aching!!

It is really lean and very delicious!
It is prepared the same as any steak, just sear on both sides, I like mine read and bloody, LOL!
Very tender and tasty, a bit like venison, but milder... And cheap too!

well I do not like venison. And I have a whole freezer full of it. my sweetie loves to hunt for deer. I just don't like it. But I do like to eat cow.

I still don"t know why we can"t have some pig..

Hey All,

Meant to check in yesterday. I'm switching plans for the next 40 days and doing one round of HCG with my mom to support her. Then I'll be back to Dukan to maintain and start losing more.

See you guys in 40 days! Best of luck to all of you!

Lots of meat, veggies, non-fat yogurt, and non-fat cottage cheese.

I'm on the Attack Phase for the next 3 days. Ugh! I went way off plan!
