WOE: Real food.
On the Dukan forums they are eating all sorts of FF cheeses, muesli, and wheat brain in their Attack or "PA" phase according to their menus.

You can translate the forum from French into English via Google.

The recipes and such are in grams and they call cream cheese "white cheese" for an example.

Frustrating since I can't ask questions! Well, I could but I'd be there all day trying to type French words coherently. LOL

Snack one: Oat Bran with 1/2 cup of non-fat plain yo-cheese with a bit of cinnamon mixed in.

Lunch: 3 egg whites with 1/2 cup of non-fat cottage cheese, turkey patty, with mustard and hot sauce

Snack Two: 1 hard-boiled egg with a few ounces of smoked turkey

Dinner: 6oz. of chicken with 1/2 cup of non-fat cottage cheese, 2 egg whites, mustard and hot sauce

I did it wrong the first couple of days before I got it right. I don't eat pork so bacon is out of my equation. I was hankering for some roast beef this weekend so I did eat it...then again I went off plan.

Monday and Tuesday I'm getting back to normal and more into a routine. I only have 101 days until the wedding so I better cut the shenanigans and do this!

I love all ff dairy! LOL! The only thing that I hate is ff cheese, so not missing not being allowed to eat that!

On the beans, you are allowed french green beans. They are low carb. Any other beans are NOT allowed until in consolidation/maintenance, and then only in certain quantities.

I am trying to post some information about the consolidation phase, but swamped here at work! Will get back to you all after this weekend, sorry!

I am not sure why we are not allowed ff sour cream, but I am playing it safe, and if it is not on the list in the book, I am simply not eating it.

Tweaking diets got me fat, so I am sticking to this one by the letter!

All I know is my biggest pair of size 4's are fitting (snugly) and I was able to zip and button and wear to work. Plus, I sit most of the day and they feel comfortable and not compressed.

That's a good sign?

I did PP yesterday and decided to do another day of it. Feel pretty good today.

I'm on a roll! More protein today only! Sounds good to me.

Sorry you don't like the oat bran, Dasiey but if you eat with yogurt or cottage cheese with cinnamon and a bit of splenda it isn't bad.

I also like mixing the yogurt and cottage cheese together for a creamier texture.

I lost 4lbs. the first week of the Attack phase and though I haven't jumped on the scale again..my pants are definitely looser. I was able to get into my baggiest size 4's (rather snugly).

I was told and read not to eat pork. Sure it has changed in the last 15 years about them producing leaner pork but who knows what's going with the farming procedures going on now.

The book said super low fat ham deli meat was ok but the fattier pork wasn't allowed. However, I've had pork with the fat removed and think that is fine. The goal is lean and there are some lean forms of pork available.

I may weigh tomorrow since TOM just ended. I was going to weigh this morning but got sidetracked by tornado sirens going off and a scared 4 year old pouncing on me. LOL

Down another pound! I wish it had been more but now that TOM is gone I can hopefully pick up the pace. Having a lower number after TOM in and of itself is a wonderful thing.

Today is PP for me. I need to cook up some chicken and such for the weekend. I've been eating too much tuna lately.

WooHoo for loose pants!

Oh by the way, I had a 0% FAGE last night with a little cocoa powder and natural sweetener in it. Oh my goodness.....so good. I know cocoa powder isn't really on the list of acceptable foods but the 10 calories really rocked that yogurt!
