Is there a thread on intermittent fasting?

I know the Protein Power Dr.s recommend a day on day off fast, I used the search function but a lot of egg fasts/ fat fasts came up. I was wondering if anyone else was doing it and how it was working out for them.

Intermittant Fasting 2010

This is the most current but there are more.

Do an advanced search for the word fasting in titles only and you will pull up a bunch.

Good luck!

Check Dr. Eades blog

I remember reading on Michael Eades blog about how he and his wife ultimately ended up doing their intermittent fasting.

It's an important article to read as it discusses how most people end up doing it wrong as they make the fast too long because they only eat every other day instead of only not eating for 24 hours.

For example, if today is a fast day and the last time I ate was last night, I should actually start eating tonight at the same time my last meal was.

Most people end up fasting for about 36 hours because they don't take that into account.

Do a search on his blog for intermittent fasting.
