Metabolic/Ketogenic diet question

I'm losing weight slowly on this plan, so I'd like to speed things up a bit. I lift weights on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I believe that after my refeed, I have enough glycogen in my muscles for Monday and Tuesday's workout..

I would like to add cardio to my Monday and Tuesday workouts.. I have a feeling, though, that doing cardio on Monday may use-up the glycogen for my Tuesday workout. Is that the case? Should I avoid cardio training until after my two main lifting workouts on Monday and Tuesday? ...and just skip Monday's cardio and start on Tuesday after lifting?

Thanks in advance...
