After 7 weeks of being on a doctor/nutritionist supervised PSMF.....I went from 229.5 to 197! According to my doctor in about 12 weeks I should be at goal!!!!

Is it exactly as stated in Lyle's program or was it modified.

Diane~ That is fantastic!! Mind posting some of your menus???? Also, are you doing any tpye of EC stack (like Lyle's program) or any other supplements?
