water - Sun - 100 oz and Mon 0 100 oz..... found my WW 32 oz water mug. so I have been filling it up and drinking

Morning Rockstars! My wi is today too. I am praying for skinny vibes today. I was good but the problem with sausage stuffing is I think it causes me to retain water.

I am interested in working WW's someday too. Good luck 1st draft! Let us know how it is.

I will be going to my home meeting today after being away all summer and attending a nice meeting in my summer town. It will be good to be back.

Hey Gang..been a long week here already as my kid woke-up early Sunday morning sick ( sore throat, stuffy, fever) and as we know...even at 15..a sick man is still like a baby!

I was so stressed out..that I had my first "slip" yesterday. I had been trying to up my protein and fruits and veggies and had still not found a balance. By adding in some more protein, yogurt and still eating enough..I was rather high on points anyway. I ended up overeating at dinner..and followed it up with not 1..but 2 ww ice cream bars! Not good. I ate 8.5 extra points just yesterday. I planned out the whole day today so I should be back on track. I'm not going to best myself-up over it..as it's still way better then I had been doing a few short months ago.

Ok..possitive #2 I love waking-up each day and not feeling bloated! I'm sleeping great too!

Introducing myself

Hi everyone - I am an OLD member returning after many years of being absent. I joined this board in 2000 and LC'd for years going between 235 to 210 never lower. About 3 years ago I just decided to maintain a 220 weight and had fairly good success with that.

Five weeks ago I joined WW and absolutely love this program. I lost weight the first two wiegh in's and gained a lb the third weigh in. The last two have brought me a down to a grand total lost of 11.4 lbs - woohoo!!

I would love to join in on this thread and hopefully be a positive and helpful member.

Welcome meriweather! I think you will fit right in here nicely. Most of us have tried LC before we returned to the tried and true way to lose... Weight Watchers! The best in the business.

Thanks Mike

I just ordered the Hungry Girl Cookbook and a WW cookbook.
Need to keep the dinners fresh and new to keep the family and me intererested.

I calculated my daily points from the materials I got from joining last time and I came out with 27?? That seems pretty high to me, guess the extra pounds added a few more points.

Lisa Rae - yes it is me, how you doing?

Yesterday we spent the second day in a row of unpacking, cleaning, organizing, and just making the house more liveable. We moved in at the beginning of May and just unpacked the kitchen, and whatever it took to be comfortable. Then we spent the entire summer going all over the South having fun, seeing great concerts and meeting wonderful people. Now it is time to finally get the house done! I hate looking at boxes. Even got my basement all organized. Everything looks fantastic.

However with all that keeping busy I kept forgetting to eat - now that is something I would never have said about myself a few months ago; but by the end of the evening I did manage to get all my points eaten.

Today I need to cook and get some fruit cut up so I have a pre measured food ready to go when I need it.

B - 6 oz yoghurt, 1/2 Cup Kashi Go Lean cereal, 8 oz FF milk, 1/2 grapefruit - 7 points

L - ?

D - ?

Snacks - apple 1 pt; SF jello 0 pts; Wasa cracker with WW cheese 2 pts; total 3 pts.

Well I'm off to the gym to get in my hour of cardio and do a little upper body lifting.
