Mindful Eating
I've been trying this via the Paul McKenna ICMYT techniques. Today was my 2 week mark and I'm down 10 lbs. I have 54 more to go to reach my goal of 140. Wondered if others are doing this method and how it is going for them. TIA.

Congratulations on your weight loss - that's brilliant!
I think Paul McKenna's rules about eating when you're hungry, chewing really slowly and savouring every mouthful, then stopping when you're satisfied are excellent rules for us all to follow, no matter what regimen we are following. After a while on this way of eating you do rather tend to make healthier choices too, as when you chew your food thoroughly, you taste it better and as PM says who could really savour a frankenfood like a MacDonald's burger for that long? Thanks for the reminder - I will make efforts to resume mindfull eating at my next meal xxx
