Atkins Any Help would be appreciated

just started low carbs (shakes) diet 1 1/2 weeks ago....But looking more into the Atkins Diet ....If someone could give me a brief desciption of average breakfasts lunch and dinners or a few more guidelines to follow on Atkins That would be great...... I am not sure of quantities of fats in meals....Any Help would be great

Best advice I can give you is to pick an Atkins book and read it. There are no set macronutrient ratios on Atkins-YMMV. The books explain how lc works and you really need this info to be be successful.

Karlz Here's a link to the original 1972 Atkins plan. Read the "sticky" to get an idea of what the program is all about. You can get copies of the Atkins books at the library or you can purchase used copies on the net.
